Global outage: ‘Blue screens of death’ at Times Square in NYC

A global IT outage at Microsoft on Friday led to a major global disruption, causing the “blue screen of death” errors for users across Europe and in New York’s Times Square.

I am a Cyber Security professional, this was a complete f**k up on Crowdstrike's end. They rolled out the update without sufficient testing and all at once instead of rolling it out in phases to prevent a big mess like this.
