No!, Sandion is the only one that requires the opponent to have a monster on board to free normal summon,
Metaion takes no battle damage only while in attack position so against chaos max he will be taking an L.
Ritual sanctuary is the best because it allows you to special summon maiden from the grave, which allows you to search a timelord,
I suggest Cyber Angel Vrash lvl. 10 ritual makes another way to get ranks out without celestial transformation. Also pops all opponents extra deck monsters inflicting 1k per destroyed and gains a second attack which is 8k damage in the situation where it pops 2 and clears board.
I don't recommend the timelord traps because they take 3 turns to resolve and you should otk quicker.
Raphion btw does full damage of the monsters attack that it battled not half but that only resolves if that monster it battles is on the field.
Kamion is required because its effect is proxy, meaning once triggered it cannot be negated
You will want to play "court of justice" because if you have a monster other than a timelord on the field you can't normal summon them without tribute so use ritual sanctuary to special maiden from grave then special summon a timelord with court, then use maiden effect to search another timelord if you have celestial thats a bonus

3 sandaion the only one not searched by Maiden effect
2 Michion (cannot kill will always half)
2 Raphion (finishes damage=its target)
2 Kamion (removes 1 card burn 500)
2 Lazion (bounces grave burn 1k) darkworld dealings will trigger it then it will trigger on their draw phase.

If you draw darkwurm activate it in the pen zone and use effect to place infinity, next turn you can pendulum summon as many timelords as possible. If you draw into infinity just hold it until you get darkwurm.

Darkworld dealings can be used to send maiden to grave if you already have a good timelord to normal summon that way you may still use her banish effect to special a second timelord.

3 ritual sanctuary this card is so important to use the maiden recycle so remember to not use maiden grave effect because you want to search every turn

3 Contract with exodia
Now the contract can be a brick so I run 2 but always regret not having 3. You will bounce your opponent monster and during your standby you will bounce your own timelord back to hand and prevent them from shuffle.
Or you will bounce your xyz to be able to use pendulum summon.
Ritual sanctuary will allow you to send your contracts back to deck so you can use obliterate an infinite amount of times.

@@starryskies6510 also if you don't like the obliterate play you can still run the timelord traps if you like but main decking the spheremode is probably better and also the traps Royal Decree negates all traps if you want to run pure spells and of course solemn is great.

@Kurumi Chan I would definitely go with ritual sanctuary for the field spell and you could always splash floodgates like rivalry of the warlords or there can be only one

If you go with the solemn(and you should), use Hailon, to cut your opponent LP to whatever yours is so if you solemn twice thats 2k LP each and you should be able to finish them with Raphion or Sandaion
Also Imperial Iron Wall will prevent banish which is there only weakness except for effect negate but you could run Skill drain and still do fine with rank 10 beaters , tbh you could even run Mystic mine but thats another build altogether
@@IsraeliteLife chaos max can't deal with Metaion because Metaion does not destroy or target it returns everything to the hand.
Nice Timelord deck wish that they went with the original storyline where Zone was Yusei from the future tho.
What do you think about mystic mine in the deck? And another field spell that sounds interesting Summon breaker: "During Main Phase 1, if the turn player successfully conducts their third Summon of a monster(s) this turn: It becomes the End Phase". I think it's really good against combo decks. What your opinion about those 2 cards?
with mystic mines combo i would suggest field barrier as well maybe not run 3 but just 2. and if you wanna get creative and force your oppoenent to have to scramble with twisters to pop cards use like he mentioned a few wave motions and also a set of caulkdrons of old man if you have room even a 60 card timelords wont hurt it if you do it right.
I always call this deck as ''timetroll'' deck because it's super fun to watch opponent cry when they cann't do anything with these beast :))

You could consider Ritual Sanctuary, the field spell allows you to shuffle spells back into the deck and keep spamming Time Maiden

My only concern is that you opponent negates your timelord effects, you will be a sitting duck! And,I see nothing in the deck that gets spells and traps off the field except the link monsters.
I use Odin father of Aesir in my extra deck not as op as some of yours but i think it’s pretty decent since you can just summon it back if it gets destroyed some how thanks for the video. timelords beat pretty much anything
