Could you make a video of using polyurethane in your molds. Ive seen those polyurethane panels that are light weight foam but no one has a video of making them .
@@GlobMarble suppose I am using Portland cement. Does it really matter if I use 52.5N, 42.5N or 32.5N? Do these different cement strengths affect the recipe?
You can do anywhere from 1-4 parts sand to 1 part cement if using Portland type 2. I would recommend a sweet spot of a 3:1 ratio. More cement = more strength but also more shrinkage.
@@GlobMarble I would use "perlite" so the concrete stone will be much lighter. So you don't need to spend much more money and time to upgrade the plasterboard.
Yes, the molds are polyurethane and generally last much longer than silicon molds. And yes, CSA is designed as an additive, not as a standalone product like the way I used it. The description has links to all the products, and the product page for CSA contains all the dosage rates and corresponding cure times.
great vid but why is no one calling out that flipping the panel caused a gap in the join for the panel under the window. panel should not have been flipped. flipping it just meant you cut the bottom not the top as required. you just needed to rotate it around back to front not upside down. 😁
You should get a backpack sprayer. They have a pump handle on one side so you could keep pumping and spraying and moving non-stop. Edit: If you do get a backpack sprayer though, make sure to remove the in tank and in line filters ;)
Thats where you are wrong. This video shows newbies a way into this industry without investing in 50 molds to start manufacturing. The benefits greatly outweigh the cost
@@GlobMarble no I disagree if they get a couple minutes into your video all they will see is you telling them to use a certain type of concrete that concrete will ruin their molds.
A concrete that will shrink the demold time from 12 hours to 30 minutes. If you would rather buy 50 molds from us to manufacture traditionally, we will not complain :)
It’s even better in person! You did a perfect job ❤
Thanks! :)
Amazing job ! You explain the process so well. Thank you for great info.
Glad it was helpful!
Amazing! Just the DIY help I needed! Ty!
Glad it helped!
That is really impressive from start to finish. Great looking wall. What did you use to finish off the edge around the window?
Thanks!! It was a piece of aluminum solid angle
i like your details explanation and the outcome is great. How much would charge such kind of a project?
That looks amazing, great job buddy. Where could i buy the same type of moulds??
All tools and materials are linked in the videos description!

Could you send me a link to one of those videos? Not sure what you are referring to
I wish I had your energy. This turned out great.
Thanks, glad you liked it!!
It so beautiful how can I get the mud
All tools and materials are linked in the description :)
Good job but how did you make the mold thank you
We sell the molds, all tools and materials used are in the description of the video
Very nice job! Why do not use gypsum for interior stones? That would be much lighter. Have you tried to lighting the concrete stones?
Gypsum is a common option for interior stones, but they are very brittle and hard to color. I would never achieve this look with plaster or hydrocal
You did a great job!! Congrats 😊
Thank you!! 😊
nice work
Thanks!
In Tanzania 🇹🇿 its very difficult to get that material pls another method to creat stones pls
We ship our molds worldwide, you can use regular concrete or gypsum if you want
Thanks for good interaction ,sorry sir I want to know cost of molds ,or how mch?
My Faux Stone Guy....... AAA+++ Great video!
Appreciate it!!
What is the stone called and what did you use to make the mold poly rubber or silicone rubber?? I would also appreciate an answer.
Links to all tools and materials I used are in the description of the video
Awesome work 👍
Thanks man!
Hey, thanks for the videos. I live in Pennsylvania, and cant seem to find CSA cement, where do you get it from? can i buy it in bulk?
You can buy CSA from us, we are in Brooklyn NY and we ship worldwide :) Links to all tools and materials are in the description of the video
@@GlobMarble so the CSA is more of an additive that I add to my Portland Cement & Sand mix ? Got it ..
You can use it as an additive but in this video I used it as a standalone replacement for Portland cement
Awesome work! Does the strength of the cement affect the mixing ratios of the ingredients?
Could you elaborate? What type of cement are you thinking of using?

Any time!
Have you tried to lighting the stones with "clay balls"?
Could you elaborate?

Amazing video! Can I ask, what would you charge for a job like this?
Great stuff
Thanks!!

That was great.

Beautiful
Thank you!
u r amazing
Thank you!
Hai, huge fan of you. What kind of adhesive did you use for installing the mould.
Thanks! I used the loctite premium construction adhesive.
I will have to give this a try. Nice job.
Glad it was helpful!
Would diluting csa with regular S type cement extent the life of the mold but slow the cure? Are your molds polyurethane bases?

Instead of a disclaimer just edit this video. If it ruins the molds you should take out that portion of the video mi amigo.
