I'm not sure in Tampa Bay shipping channel if you get a chance go off of the channel of MacDill Air Force Base the channel runs behind the bombing range and you got some giant fish out there want to use big baits I've been fishing that channel for over 47 years I know what swims in them channels I've caught them I'll call some massive Cobia out there and some gigantic snook

I caught a triple tail for the first time last stone crab season, tossing live bait at the buoy. Damn near pulled me off the boat they are freight trains.
Fort Desoto pier was good for 20 minutes after opening this (Monday) morning and then the bite died. Some Tarpon lingered (20-30 pound) but everything else went away. Sunday morning was the best since 2018, and Saturday morning was pretty good too.

Hey thon , arm wrestling grouper is always fun maybe switch up to bigger pinfish for bigger grouper , I see you were at the bridge no hits there ? , bush was there before with his yak and was hitting keeper mangroves with a knocker rig on an out glowing , or maybe try there for pomp’s , have you found any locations for Goliath grouper yet , you need one of them on the to do list😆👍✌️

Thank a lot! As long as I can get under the skyway for snapper, grouper, and do some inshore fishing, that’s good enough for me. I have no desire to do off shore. If I do, I’ll rent a charter!!!! Thanks again Thonny, and tight lines my man!!!
