Hi Valerie, thank you so much for your help. Where do i find a list of exactly what is needed in our CR1 visa submission package? I have been married for 1 year to a Thai woman, and we want to travel to my home in America. She has been denied a Tourist Visa two times, so I think a CR1 visa is the only way.

Starting a Cr1 visa would be the best option at this point if you want to get an attorney that would be very helpful too. We hired an attorney and that was the best decision for us. It took about seven and a half months for the entire process and got approved.

Hi Valerie, gusto ko pong magtanong about sa passport ko po kasal na po kami NG asawa kong American citizen naka pag submit nrin po sya NG 1-130 form sa USCIS.. Ang na submit po NG asawa ko sa passport ko po ay single thats I worried about, ano po yung sayo married po ba sa passport nyo yung status?
Ang alam ko sis no problem naman iyon dahil marami rin ang single sa passport ang ginamit at alam ko valid yun kasi satin di naman sapilitan na gamitin last name ng partner.
Sa akin po is married name. But I don't think that's a problem Po sa inyo. I think you can change your name once nasa US na po kayo.

Wow, that's a long time. Did you receive any NOAs? I actually don't know which service center did mine. It might've been TEXAs.

Yes, we sent out marriage certificate, our proof of relationship scrapbook which includes pictures of the wedding, friends and family bonding and others. We put it together on Photoshop and downloaded it as PDF.

Nag renew din po ba kayo ng Advisory on Marriage since 6 mos lang validity niya? Pati po NBI kung malapit na ma expire. Thanks ☺️
I think I did renew my NBI but I don't remember renewing my AOM. But it's a good idea to renew it if it's almost expired po. 👍

We were really blessed to get my visa really fast. I'm not sure if the process will be faster or slower. I think it really depends on the load of cases that the embassy is working at. I would probably try and check with a local immigration lawyer to get the average wait time or maybe a RUclips channel that's talking about US visa processing in Hong Kong. 😊
Hello sis, new viewer here. My partner and I are still debating as to which application or route we should take for me to get to the US the fastest. Should we get married here in The Philippines and apply for CR1 or Get married in the US and apply for K1? which one do you think is the best option if we are planning for the fastest and easiest route :)
Hi! Welcome! Well, in my opinion I think a spousal visa is the fastest I'm just looking at the process in the past years and also my case. I think they're also prioritizing spousal visas and you also get your green card faster once you get here and be able to apply for jobs.
