It turned out beautiful! I'm so envious of your attitude of not caring that the page isn't perfect when we color outside the lines, or when something smudged, I used to get anxious from all these things happening, and the page not turning out as beautiful or as good as I thought it would and with time it just stopped being fun and I stopped coloring. Now I'm really trying to get back to coloring for fun and not be too critical of everything on the page. I have to tell you this isn't an easy thing to do for people with anxiety issues, but I'm trying..so thank you for your encouraging words in the video. I wish more people would learn not to fall into criticism and perfectionism state of mind.
Gosh, thank you so much for the very nice feedback and comment! I had to learn to not stress out because I have mistakes on every single page that I color. LOL whoops! I'm definitely all about encouragement around here 💖 I have a video I did recently on coloring stressing us all out. You might enjoy it since it hits so many of these things dead on that stress us out when it comes to coloring. One page at a time, one little shape at a time. Just breathe, right? I'm so very glad you're coloring again, and I'm so grateful that you stopped by my little channel. Thanks for watching - I appreciate you so much! 💖💖💖
Great tutorial, Kim!! Distress inks are wonderful to work with! I love them!! And yes, it's all about the process and finding that time to just relax and be present. Everyone colors differently, no comparing! Take care, friend! 🤗💕
Oh yay! I’m so glad you enjoyed this video , Jen! 💖💖💖 Distress inks are my favorite go-to for my backgrounds because of how quickly I can knock them out. Thanks so much for stopping by my channel, dear friend ! 🥰
Hi Kim! The Distressed Ink looks Great as a Background! I Love the Colors and they aren't to vivid, well, I don't think so, Lol!!! Thank You for Sharing. Have a Wonderful Weekend 💜😊💜
Thank you so very much, Sherry! I think the colors were definitely more vivid on the white practice paper I used than the coloring book paper for sure. Thanks so much for watching, my dear friend! 💖💖💖
That is so cool, La Donna! I used to stamp my own Christmas cards about 20 years ago. These inks really are so much fun aren't they? I'll bet your cards are amazing! 💖💖💖
