I straight piped my 2011 r56 a while ago and the pure sound of the engine sounds so good I never get tired of hearing the pops and bangs and at night I just have to turn the sport mode off and shift around 2k but other than that it's been the most fun I've had with a car I love minis

Those seem to be the original JCW package wheels. They are 18x7
these are BBS SX wheels (not original MINI)

It is original its an option you can get on it its called light pack cost you 872,- extra i have it to its a nice detail!

EU countries don't allow for the popping and banging or removal of the GPF filter, the 2019 Mini Cooper S sold in Europe sounds like it has socks in the exhaust and Asthma.

in witch country ? 😂 in germany you have for every car a max db. you can not legally louder when you have 94db you can drive legal 97db. Audi R8 V10 has 100db. Aventador over 100db

I just bought a 2019 Mini Cooper S and I'm looking to trade backwards.. The EU Climate Zealots forced Mini to tune out the pops and bangs for some .2% 'emissions reduction' and add a GPF filter.. Apparently 2019 is the model year they started doing this and I wasn't told by the dealership, hoping I can still get a good price for it, pay off my credit and get an older model.
RhedinRage my friend has an M5 F90 and had exactly the same . No pops and bangs from fabric. Now he has full exhaust from akrapovic and it sounds insane. You should go to a tuner to ask for advice, other exhaust, mapping etc and you won’t regret that :)
I bought my 2021 mini brand new from the dealer (back then) and it came with pops and bangs.
You can check if a mini would come with pops and bangs or not by peeking underneath the car just behind the front wheels and looking at the front of the resonater. If the front of it Is cylinderical. Then it pops and bangs. If it has a cone end then it doesn't pop and bang. The coney end is the actual added GPF.

Habe jetzt nen Mini Cooper S R 56 mit 220Ps mit Bastuckanlage..Sound gleich Null :-(..das ist nichts gegen Bastuck bei BMW..trotz Sportauspuff Edelstahl von Bastuck ne FLÜSTERTÜTE bei Mini Cooper s R56!!!
