Logo Logotype alphabet

LOGO - LOGOTYPE
Il y a quelques dizaines d'années, dans la publicité américaine, avant de parler de LOGO, on faisait la distinction
entre LOGOTYPE et TRADEMARK, le logotype étant une trademark dessinée à base de caractères typographiques
(par exemple Ford ou IBM par opposition à Chrysler ou Shell).
Par la suite LOGOTYPE a été abrégé en LOGO et couvre aussi bien les logotypes que les trademarks.
J'ai commis quelques logos et je me suis amusé à isoler ceux qui pourraient constituer un ALPHABET LOGOTYPIQUE
(pardon pour le néologisme) où l'on peut voir les interprétations du caractère typographique dans l'élaboration du logo.

LOGO - LOGOTYPE
Some decades ago, in the US advertising, the use was to consider, among the trademarks, those which were based on typefaces and then, named LOGOTYPES.
Later on, by abbreviation, the word LOGO is used for all trademarks.
I commited some logos and for fun, I tried to pick out the ones which could form a « logotypical alphabet »
