@@FrazzledFerret sorry for long comment lol I started playing when I was 11 and essentially had all the time in the world. Now I’m 16 about to enter college (uk school system) and I’ll prob won’t be able to practise anywhere near as frequently as I used to. I’ve learnt unrealistic to just say “you need to make time for you to be able to play”. You are much older than me so this might not mean much to you. But even though we aren’t in control of the amount of free time we have, we can actively choose to spend it doing something we love and enjoy. For you, if being able to listen to music is all you can do right now and cant produce it then you are doing more than enough. For the future, there is a large possibility that you will be able to play as long as you keep loving it, for far longer than the time where this will happen.
