Hi, I did this for the first time, I was warming the adhesive between the two plastic elements with a hot air blower, and I was holding a very strong adhesive.I took the bottom part in the tub and then I spun a star key to the right to the left I was just pushing it down! I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm not sure what to do with it. will!I used the Google translation program, sorry if it is not interpretable!
Alene, da li mozda znas koliko impulsa taj senzor daje za jedan okretaj tocka? Vidim da ima 16 ili 20 polova na samom rotoru enkodera ali ne znam dalji odnos.
thanks for your comment. This speedo-sensor is plugged in into the gearbox. It is quite easy to locate it. You just have to twist it into the proper direction and gently plug it out from the gearbox, but you have to disconnect the cable firstly, ofcourse
I've been facing the same issue when I tried to remove it. Firstly disconnect the cable, than grab it with your left hand probably (since approaching from the driver's side that woulld be more convenient) and gently but with a proper dosage of force try to twist it (I'm not sure anymore whether it is a clockwise rotation or not)
@@alenzigri2777 i did that on both sides to rotate it and pulled as hard as i could but no success and i haven't got a clue how to dissconect the cables can you show me with video or add me on fb or skype i really need your help pls.
unfortunataly I do not have any additional video available. Concerning the cable, it is quite sipmple, since there is the simpe 3-pin connector and you should just pull it out from the socket (it is the same as all other sensors in this car). Anyway, you've probably noticed in this video as well as you shouldhave in all other videos you could find on RUclips, there were two ''pins'' beneath the blue rubber seal ...by which this sensor is sticked into the gerabox. Try to press them, trying that way to release it ... Maybe that would be helpfull

Where exactly on the gearbox? Do you access it underneath the car or from top. I have scenic grande 2. No speed reading
I cannot remove it, i twist it both sides but wont come of and about the wires how i can unattach them ?? Please ??
