I'm sick of this shit. We need to create a civility law specifically for people who behave like complete shit bags in public and treat service workers like this. It should be a massive fine, like $5,000, and if they physically assault an employee or cause damage to the business property, it should be 30 days in jail and 60 days of community service. And I don't give a crap about any personal issues this woman has in her life, she has no right to do any of this. She's just a complete piece of trash. This behavior needs to stop. Be better people.

This means a store won't give you a refund, because it's already on it's way. This also means you have to pay again for the store to be able to collect.
