I was in Nassau Bahamas recently and we went to Sailor's Choice Restaurant on Bay Street East and what a Restaurant. We had Crack Conch, Conch salad, Conch fritters, Peas and rice, Lobster, most of all Baked Macaroni and cheese the Bahamian fashion, I must have gain 10 pounds, because I couldn't stop eating. The food was so delicious. Keep up the good cooking, when we are back in Nassau, we will look you up.

Oh Andros is the best restaurant in my opinion in Nassau. Truly bomb. Went 3 times when I stayed there 4 yrs ago and will be hitting them up again this November. Can't wait !

On the occasions that Nassau is a port call on cruises I've been on, I usually get off but only visit Senor Frog and hang out for a few hours. This is because I have vacationed in Nassau two times and stayed in hotels for over a week each time. So, during those stays, I usually get in a lot of the scenes and places and never bother to repeat while on cruises. But it's a nice and wonderful place to visit.

Great you see the progress and it’s not stagnant. Lawd look at those drinks. My husband is the whole fish guy. Give me filet. The server is very pleasant. 🙌🏼 to the conch fritters. My July cruise is going to Half Moon Cay. Wonder if they have a location there? Would definitely check it out. The drinks look amazing 🍹🍹. 😂😂😂. Terry is double cupping. Gonna use that expression. Conch cooked correctly is the 💣. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. Lawd have mercy look at that food 😋. I’m licking my phone 🤣. The plantain dem look sweet ( in my Guyanese voice)! Hubby and I are heading out to the Atlantis Resort next weekend and this was right on time with food options. How far is that Fried Fish place from the resort?
We always catch the bus (only $1.25) to do some sightseeing & talk to locals. They directed us to Potter's Cay. Lots of little restaurants over the water. Kind of rough looking but clean & the area is safe. Mostly locals since the tourists go to Fish Fry. We've ate at Simply Da Best and The Midnight Spot. Both had fresh, delicious, and affordable food.

Then we suggest doing a resort for a day. That way you can experience a bit of Nassau but still have the beach, pool, food, and drinks.

The taxi was $24 round trip from the port to the fish fry. And the taxi waited for us and let us walk all over the area and to the beach with no rush.
