Older Jordan’s with foam midsoles and air bubbles crumble over time, those are from 2006 so 16 years old and probably haven’t been worn in years that will happen. Definitely not worthless you could still get 50 or so out of them. They’re actually rereleasing this same shoe in a few weeks
Nice to see Tina picking with you. She needs to come more often. 😊😊I always see cool stuff you missed…but then we shop for different items. I see stuff for myself and you shop to resale. 😂😂😂
Tina being that beautiful should be good for ratings. You should do more with her and she’s pretty knowledgeable.
Time stamp 1:22…I’m almost positive those canisters are Temp-tations and they have a really good following! They discontinue pieces and they bring out new pieces so people collect them. I’m a new sub so don’t know if you sell that kind of stuff but still thought I would get it out there! I’m enjoying your channels, thanks for sharing!
Paint those Nike soles with black bedliner paint- instant collectors item!
Shoes made with certain soft materials, older Jordans in particular, crumble if they're not used.
First time I have seen your wife. She is such a cutie. Good to see you both shopping.
5:13 people buy retros to restore them you can still sell those 5s for a good $50
What is happening to the Jordan’s is called dry rot. It happens with old clothing and shoes.
That happens a lot here in Florida shoes and purses if you have them stored for a long time they fall apart because of the Heat
Find a stock or investment that turns $1 into $10-$18…. Great buys
Hey Dave and Tina good to see you guys out enjoy watching your videos and thank you for sharing
Love seeing you and Tina hitting the sales big love from Scotland 😊
So great to see Tina with you!!
Hello, I want to say that I love the clips with youre mother and her sisters they talk and love all the time, I juce to do this in The Netherlands to but with an Electric Wheelchair there is a lot of "you break it you buy it"hahaha, Nive to see you with you lovely wife, it's fun to do these things together We make walks now we live in a nice neighbourhood and in the evening it is nice to go outside. Love youre clips Dave. Love from Marja en René Feijen from the Netherlands
Break it and just keep rollin Gurl! Grüße aus Deutschland!
I went to a yard sale once a lady had a big basket of assorted DVDs about 50 or more ? At $2 each. I asked how much the lady would take for the basket. She said $60 so I said cool I'll take it. Put them up by her to look around more. Another lady came up and said that was too cheap Atleast get $80. Which the lady agreed . So I backed out of purchase plus other stuff I had which was over $100 at least. The lady got mad I told her since this lady thinks there worth $80. Let her buy them. Well she didn't and the lady didn't even try to re negotiate price ....I was a bit pissed .
That happens to Jordan’s when they aren’t worn for a long period of time, it’s similar to what happens to deadstock vintage t shirts when they dryrot, I think someone would still buy them to restore them for like $20-$40
That happens to to Nike and Jordan’s when they haven’t been worn for a very long time. That’s why you should always do the bend test. But I would still list them as is and try and make a little money
Here in FL, shoes sometimes get stored in garages. The heat, humidity and salty air age them a LOT. Always do the bend test.
In Florida I discovered that shoes left in lanai or garage will mildew too. Only cost me most of my winter shoes and boots. Expensive lesson.
My sister bought a nice pair of shoes at a thrift store in FL. They looked perfectly fine. Wore them out to dinner and they fell apart. Embarrassing!
The polyurethane midsole was oxidized collected moisture and crumbles it's not bad and can be sole swapped
Thanks for the great content ! Have a great weekend
Nice to see your wife with you. Great video.
Great to see Tina out picking.
Thanks for sharing your info
Next time take them to a Nike store. Just maybe they might give you another pair. Always worth a try.😊 God Bless you, And your Family.🙏
Those Christmas village pieces are what I’ve been asking EVERYONE to look for. Or similar pieces not necessarily dept 56
Hey Dave and Tina!! Great eye Tina!!! great video guys!!
Happy u found the second pair of Niki
“🎶🎵don’t know what it is but I like it🎵🎶” 😂 😂
I’m not sure why some people look up prices for sale not sold
Big difference to selling prices to sold prices even in same condition
depending on the size/jordan u can still get up to $50 if u list them as Needs restored.
Dave, Dave, Dave...At the 2nd sale you looked at 2 Terry Brooks Shannara Chronicles books from the early 90's. Those can be worth good money! 6:51 mark for reference.
And at the 3rd sale, the estate sale, you skipped the Lexus 1st aid kit worth $50-$60 easy! Those usually come free when you buy a car so people always underestimate the value. But they are worth $$!!! 10:10 mark for reference.
Last comment...If those Nike shocks just sold less than 30 days ago for $169, don't sell them for less than $150. It's still less than they last sold for, but you also aren't selling yourself short at the same time!!
Hey Dave at 15:20 that fluke meter, not sure what they were asking but was worth at least $75
Please don’t toss those Jordan’s aside those can bring you a bit of cash. To a collector that shows that they are authentic, older shoes tend to crumble like that from the bottom. Nice haul overall
Fun video ! This is the first time I've ever seen Tina picking with you ! Your wife is beautiful.
That seller was so funny. I think everything you and your wife touched she had to tell you what it was. That's a cooler... that's a boom box... LOL
The dude who started that weed eater needs a talking to!
I thought the same thing. Why in the world would you start a weedwhacker facing a bunch of other shoppers?!?!? I get you want to check if it works, but he had that thing facing at least 3 other people I could see. Safety 1st!!
That Marvel scarf looked like a good item. Remember it gets cold elsewhere 🤣
No more plush Dave!! Lol
Just wondering if theres any reason you referenced a 189.99 sold comp on the Nike Shox since that was for a brand new pair, was the pair in the video new as well?
The sun from being in the yard sale do that to the shoes? Maybe they washed them with wrong cleaning stuff to clean them for the yard sale?
The worst thing is when you send them off and get a return and negative feedback! It has happened to me 😢
Omg I was just thinking I need a bottle warmer. My baby just turned four weeks
After time jordan midsoles tend to fall apart, especially if they are barely worn. Still a good amount of people who’d buy those to repurpose to glue on a new sole
Jordan’s midsoles will crumble especially if they’re really old. The only way to somewhat avoid it is to wear your shoes every so often. Problem is a lot of collectors don’t wear them they same way they wear their every day shoes.
Blow moulds at the estate sale
I had a pair of step ups did the same thing oh well a buck lost lesson learned 🤣
At timestamp 18:05, make sure to always open those poke balls. Could have gold plated trading cards from the 90’s in them that are worth around $60 or more depending on the type and condition!
Marcus, that's a modern pokeball and the ones you're thinking for are typically in the 30-50 range in new condition
@@NerdNationUS You’re right! But was more so mentioning generally. Sold a 1999 Gold Plated Charizard last week for $60 + Shipping.
Your videos are so stressful, when I see you pick stuff up that’s breakable is omg here we go.
OMG THE JORDANS NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Them shoes peeling like butter scared me. I'm an avid shoe killer and I bust shoes wide open after a year
Hey Oh!!!!
I would have offered $15 for the table of anime stuff.
This looks like my town.. I see I have more competition lmaoo
Green bean Jordan 6 someone will buy it and just get donor midsole and sole swapped The shoes
I see temptations canisters at the first sale
Yo those Jordans are money
Those still have value there are people that Refurbish those Jordans
Those Air Jordan is either fake or sometimes its too old stored on humid environment that the rubber start to crumble. Same thing happened to my sneakers.
I have never seen sneakers dissolve like that.
Dry rot.
How did that happen with the “Air Jordan Shoes”? Because they were “Poof in Midair Jordan” Shoes!
Make comps larger I’m old
the shoe was never worn so the soul of the shoe never got worked in and thats what happys when you dont where them lol just needs a new soul
What happened with those airs
Sorry dave but 🥰🥰🥰 8:00
I always enjoy your videos. The bins are my favorite. Your wife is gorgeous and you are handsome. Hair and beard trim?
I noticed you didn't pick up Elden ring Elden ring for five bucks that was an easy 35 to 40
Time stamp? I have no clue what an Elden ring is lol
Plush is not making you any money.... don't just buy to buy be more Selective... look for expensive pots and pans or vintage stuff. Love you and your family
It IS making him money, just in smaller increments. It takes him a total of 90 seconds to take 4 or 5 pictures, toss it in a poly bag & slap a label on it. So what if he's only making $2-$15 per plush. You do that over and over & you've got yourself a pretty nice profit! If you don't like smaller $ sales, don't do them. You do you. But don't knock someone else's easy profits!
3:00 total bullsh!t. Van's and shoes/boots like them are absolutely the best things to wear. Tennis shoes are what has screwed people up.
It's really a problem a lot of ppl don't know about. Even collectors shoes need to be worn. At least a couple of times a year. I watch such an array of RUclips content, and sneaker collecting is a big interest of mine.
Ewwww palatka. I'd never sell my house to move there 😂
🌞🙏😍✌️😍🙏🌛
Hairy Tornado is the same actor who plays Kevin Owens in WWE
The Jordan’s were fake anyway the air jordan tag on the inside of the tongue should’ve been upside down
OMG You only paid a dollar NO big deal
Jenna, I'm not knocking his profits...total opposite I'm hoping he can quit his job soon. Bigger profits would help. Calm down just committing
More loot crate stuff. It’s all pretty worthless. If it’s any more than $1, don’t take it.
Not a waste I’ll take them for $5+Shipping.
Is there something wrong with your GoPro? Everything has a blurry look to it.
I can't stand when people go to their children "say HI". IDK why . They melted because i bet they from China, lol
@@ASMRJAMESY I think that made lots of sense. Let me rephrase it for the little people. I cannot stand when parents tell their children to "SAY HI". BTW, the shoes melted because they were made in China. Is that better BS Treasures?
Why do you do that? You but into others things! If they are looking keep on walking, come around if she is done then look. Wow I am really getting sick of seeing you do that all the time. I am going to quit you.
