Can't wait for part 5 of this series, I am really struggling with the combination of transition and the catch. These videos are awesome

So now I see how I lose the bar forward... toe heavy!!!! Thanks a bunch. These vids have helped me see where I've been going wrong... I'm sure there are a few other things, but staying heel heavy during the transition will most def help.

Once the bars above my knees I pull the bar against my body while rotating my elbows out & upwards keeping the bar in the front rack as I'm dropping into the lowest part of the clean...
I find this reduces the extended ride down to the lowest part of the clean which @ 62 is taxing on my knees ability to fully recover in a week for more...
So once the bars as liq as possible to front rack it is when I'm contracting my legs as much as possible to pop out of the bottom clean position.
Start out with 60 pounds. Keep the bar against your body at all times as your going up & down...

Hey. Nice tutorial. I'm a heavy guy, so when I pull the bar to my hips, my tummy comes in the way during the 2nd pull. What do you advise I do?

Shoulders over more at start and throughout. Elbows out. Weight mid foot. Drive hips to bar.

at the top of the first pull his upper body is to straight and knees are not bent enough so he will lose alot of power when he wants the weight to come up

Amazing. I watched 100s of videos like this and about 99% of them leave half the movement and positioning out of the instructions.

I feel like im gonna break my collarbone, snap my wrists, and fall backward when i throw the weight into the rack position

it misses the most important thing. how to protect the crotch area when you are on the transition. i do not want to squeeze my balls while im pulling up the bar towards my hips.

Don't push your knees under bar , should let happen naturally

How you going to create speed if the weight is on the heels?? Full upper body strength??? Horrible video too bad I was expecting better from this one 😒
