Fujin hurricane effect with soak it’s pretty easy to do but as you said it runs out so quickly you say 4-5 sec max and it’s gone!
We still do massive damage but not so much to tagged out which myself included thought it would have done more damage only %23.😊

Joker is pointless. Yes he has electric cards, but it’s finite in amount and in duration. Why use Joker when you can use Raiden who’s lighting attacks are always there.
