After trying JW Blue Label I can never recommend it to anyone. I have no idea if I got a bad bottle but my god get anything else. I see it now for $300+ at Total Wine here in San Antonio and it is absolutely not worth it IMO. Might try the Chivas 21 to see how it is. Love the videos! Merry Christmas.
I had it over the holidays! Definitely there are other single malts out there that are better priced and I would like more... saying that this tastes its age and is very nice refined. Much enjoyed it!!
$238 here in PA. Only had it once for a friends 70th birthday because that’s what he drinks. Amazing. Told my daughter when she’s done chemo and allowed to drink again, I’ll get her one to celebrate.
Bought my dad the same Chivas Regal Royal Salute 21 box for Christmas at a local liquor store located in the southwest suburbs outside Chicago for $179.99. My dad hasn't had a bottle of Royal Salute 21 since 1994! We both enjoyed it on Christmas Day! I bought the JW Discovery Set as I wanted to see what all the hype was about for JW Blue. I have to say, I'm not a fan.
Got talked into a bottle of JW Celebratory 200th Anniversary for $100. Opened and tasted, but not really impressed...but I’m a noob. Love Ardbeg Augi though. 😁

I’ve had the royal 21, very smooth. I enjoyed it but there are some who like a more potent scotch.
