sometimes it's just that players struggle against a certain style and not really the player being overall better. maybe leo has a hard time against prodigy but is just good against wizzy's mario.

@@aintfalco7968 yeah sometimes it's just that playstyles counter other playstyles. In order to consider prodigy really better than wizzy, he would have to be able to consistently beat better players and not just be good against certain ones.
For anyone who's curious, Leo didn't drop the Leffobble when Dark Wizzy shielded it, it's not true until about 70-90%.

@@kophoenix9486 Nope, he was at 60, dragdown's +7 frame advantage for Joker on Mario at 60% you need +8 for it to be true.
While I was testing it I also learned that Mario is kind of infuriating to do drag down on in general because his hurtbox shifts in such a way that his foot frequently gets clipped by the last hit of up-air even if you get the fastfall timing right. Drifting horizontally seems to fix the issue, but it would definitely make him a hard character to platform wobble.
Edit: it's +8 on Mario at about 73% give or take a percent.

MVG is technically just Mew2King. While Wizzy or ScAtt use it as their sponsor, MkLeo's true sponsor was Echo Fox, but now he's technically a Free Agent.

@@ReploidWars the gist of it is that the mask represents your external self that hides away your true feelings and prevents acceptance of all that makes you whole, so when you rip it away, you unleash your true self, despite the pain and strain (it looks hella painful in the game/anime) and thus your Persona (Arsene in this case)
@@Licras97 it's only painful when they first get the mask, where blood comes off from them tearing it off. After that, they summon personas by removing it in a different manner.

Actually not, he is completely free, you can notice by his Twitter bio and also on his matches at frostbite the white before the player's name (example PG Marss).
Leo has only his name no sponsor at all right now, but it would be matter of time to have a new one most likely

When I sae his performance at Crown, I taught, "This Mario has the best combos and seems to suffocate you the most (great advantage state."

he's still the "best" but he just gets too nervous imo. in the set with prodigy you could tell he was always composed but wizzy has visable discomfort. I really hope he's able to improve that part of his play in the future

Wizzy plays safe and has a patient playstyle so he can figure his opponents out but the way MKLeo plays is like a counter. I feel like if Wizzy played more aggressive like Prodigy he’d have a better chance. Wizzy’s overall better than Prodigy but his playstyle just doesn’t work against Leo.
True. Leo's so good at putting on the pressure, and Dark Wizzy couldn't take it. Prodigy had no fear and that I think what helped him win his set.
People do not see dark wizzy got emotional with in the set he could probably took 2 games of mkleo or atleast one but when he gets emotional it can depend on how dark wizzy plays.
It even shows that dark wizzy was not playing at his best was when at 3:56 he misses a opportunity to up smash, he just stands there and in the player can you can see him trying to put a input in, but noting comes out

Joker is a fucking travesty of a Smash character. OP gun that's like half a cape that can reach half the span of the stage that is aimable at all directions, OOOP second form that he can get access to potentially more than once per stock, fast movements, lag-less air attacks, fairly long-ranged attacks in general, fast faller which means a combo powerhouse, an elusive hurtbox that moves like a fucking dough of steroids.
Dark Wizzy made no mistakes; Joker is the cancerous tournament ruiner here. My heart was being perforated hole by hole by hit by hit. Don't tell me Mario is OP. He's an HONEST OP character completed with UP (underpowered) elements, his attack range mostly. And he certainly doesn't have a second pay-to-win form. And I thought I was harsh on Ness and Palutena and Bayonetta...

He tried on both. He is used to playing Wizzy so he could fight him better. He said that Prodigy played very different to Wizzy and it threw him off.

MKLeo has played with Dark Wizzy a lot times before so he was a lot more prepared for this matchup. Prodigy has a completely different playstyle and not only did he get thrown off, he got bodied
Didn’t expect so many forward aerials
I can see the huge difference. Prodigy during the set was extending combos to lengths I didn’t know Mario could do. Wizzy in this set has me back to believing two hits and back off is all that happens. Honestly as safe as wizzy’s Mario plays, it doesn’t seem like he takes as much as he could. Prodigy overwhelmed Leo by turning small percents into near death as fast as possible, a much less honest Mario versus wizzy spacing backairs and hoping Leo can’t get thru the wall. But yeah I don’t doubt Leo was like “wtf the character can hit me off that? Wizzy never does that!”
I figured out how to beat LEO every time. Just don’t play game 4.
Leo just basically downloaded what MARIO does in any situation and 3-0 Wizzy. Man Prodigy is not getting another game of Leo again I guarantee you that.
