    Given the choice of BTO & New ECs, will you still buy PLH?

      The newer BTO in June 2024 is seeing subsidy clawback of 9%!!!! 😨😨😨

      Now with the new (19 Aug 2024) lowering of LTV for hdb resale buyers, it is gonna add on the alr little loan buyers will get when they have an income cap when buying a resale PLH! 😅😱
