    due to knee arthritis or if your knee cartilage is damaged there is inflammation in knee joint that leads to increased lubricating fluid in knee joint which gets leaked on back side of knee
    so you feel swollen part there which is called baker's cyst it is fluid filled capsule which start giving pressure on surrounding structures like vein artery nerves muscles so you feel knee pain in standing walking or in other activities
    initially you have to follow RICE rest ice compression elevation formula to reduce inflammation then you can start Exercises

    Sir muje ye problem last 5/6 months se tha lekin muje last month hi Baker cyst he ye pata chala hal hi me Mera ACL treatment hua he aur dr. Ne muje ye backer cyst pain sahan na ho to operation bola he isse jyada iska koi treatment ya medicine nahi he esa bola he
    Kya without operation apki ye excercise se mera backer cyst ka problem solve ho jayega??
