Hello, Gil Danino. Except for the disk bus, there will be no difference between a VM and a real system. Because it is VirtIO under KVM, the disk is called /dev/vdX. When using a SATA bus, the disk name is usually /dev/sdX. I believe it will be /dev/nvmeXnx for NvME. Everything else will remain the same. Anyway, if you want to use snapper snapshots and rollbacks for Fedora, I recommend you wait another 2-3 days since I'm coming out with a new post/video for Fedora 36 that includes grub-btrfs which will take care of all snapshots and rollbacks in a new way (fully working). Fedora 36 is expected to be released next Tuesday. I'll post immediately after that.
👍👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks!! just what I needed to switch to Fedora...
do you have a guide for non vm?
