I am listening from 2004 I am from Greece he was the Dj for the opening end the End seremony of 2004 Olympics Games in Greece. I am now 47 that meens that I ve have been listening 17 years!!! I used to be a radio producer in a radio station here in Athens Greece. There was a time that every radio station played at least 1 track every hour. After all this years I still own compilation CD S that are now hard to find.

Era el año 2000, yo tenía 9 años y mi papá en ese entonces se había comprado un auto con stereo a CD , en el anterior teníamos casetera, teníamos 2 CD recuerdo, uno de D-MODE y el otro de Tiesto . Ahora con casi 29 años lo sigo escuchando... es inevitable que no se me ponga la piel de gallina con todos estos temas que sonaban en aquel entonces .... gracias viejo !!!!

2005 was the very first year for me meeting; TIESTO's music.
I was on the train traveling from Amsterdam toward Berlin...... His music energy gave me a lot of energy, and MADE ME dream endlessly. Today it is almost August 2020!

The old style "Tiesto in Concert" brings back so many memories of 2000s
True indeed. I remembered 2003 instantly as this video started. Adagio, Flight 643 and Silence . These are the tracks that defined trance for me in the early days. And last but not least, Lethal Industry with Mason was outworldly on Tiesto in concert.

holy shit...when something grabs you by the throat and makes you have tears rolling down your face, when you are not expecting it...that is what happened to me the past 20mins, especially the first few minutes...just finished a workout and was listening to some house-music vids to chill out to and man, was not expecting to get all emotional ;-) i somehow 'forgot' how much of a fan i was of tiesto back in early 2000s and the specific memories i have (worked at sensation white as a then beginning young security guard and was overwhelmed), and how even my dad appreciated this music back then...thanks for this video! the combination with the live orchestra really does the extra here, beautiful!

I can see why someone would dislike this if they recognize the original Adagio for Strings by Samual Barber which is often used as funeral/memorial music in comparison to Tiesto's remixes of it.
