Dielectric Grease for Automotice Bulbs and spark plug wires works great for sealing out moisture and corrosion. Been using it for years

That can be good for the right connector for sure. I read in the shop service manual, that we are not supposed to use dielectric grease on the Molex connectors, though. . Don't know why??? Perhaps because some of them are exposed to grit in the water that may get to them???, and that this then gunks up the connector pin ports??? I was wanting to dielectric at the rear actuator connector of the IBR, but that is where I read in the shop manual about not using it it.

For sure on those connectors at the back side of the garmin I would think.

Thanks for all the content. I like the straight forward nature you use. Loads of great information!
