Good luck to all us gardeners, this year is a great start for me so hopefully it stays like that.... Last year was horrible lol so really need a good win this year 😄😄
@@Ariel-lol oh no! I'm so sorry that happened. I had a bunch of fails this year with my cantaloupe, cucumbers and zucchini. I just kept reseeding until something germinated.
What do you do to keep pest off your vegetables ? I always try growing and end up having a problem with bugs . Would love to know if you spray anything or what’s your secret love your videos btw 😊
She uploaded a short a few weeks ago called 'Why I Don't Spray My Garden For Pests' and talks a little bit about why and mentions that she does hand pick off some pests and feed them to her chickens. I think she's also mentioned doing a lot of succession planting and also plants things to attract beneficial insects to help control the pest population. Her last video on pest control was from two years ago, which is around the time she stopped spraying. I'd love for her to do a video on what she's doing now, especially if she's companion planting.
hi does anyone know why she grows so much garlic and onions i'm sooo curious and if she reads this just know i love your content and im just curious lol
I’m so impressed as a young lady as yourself working towards being more self reliant. Most people your age have no interest in the homestead life, too consumed in themselves, partying and wasteful spending and no plans for their future. I hope one day they will wake up to realize what is important and in hopes it’s not too late for them to realize their potential to being more self reliant as you have become. Thanks for sharing and I love how you have turned your backyard into your homestead 😊💜
Omggg im binging your channel rn for obvious reasons, and i go from newest to oldest video and so i see you saying here that you'll grow cantaloupe and luufa here, but already seen your success previously!💚🫶🏼💚

@@rosa.athomethat’s so weird cause I started mine last year but I tried planting seeds this year and nothing. Even my tomatoes didn’t sprout😢

just because somebody doesn’t live like she does doesn’t mean that they’re “too consumed in themselves”. some people just don’t enjoy it
