"Listen to incoming connections" not available in my head unit under connectivity. I have searched all the options under settings but couldn't find it.
Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH even though I am having issues in the 2nd method. It connected the first time, but when I switched off again. On my phone it says searching but nothing is happening on the HUR screen. Not saying looking for incoming connections. Also, I dont have the option to turn on incoming in my connectivity settings. Someone else in the comments also didn't have this option. I have given all access to HUR. Method 1 and wired working SUPERB. Keep up the great work.
Glad you liked the video. The issue could be due to permission issues and battery management of phone. You have make all unrestricted. May be that will help.

Hi... I do not use the inbuilt map you are talking about. That is generally an offline Navi Map that you need to get it installed on SD card from Blaupunkt service. But it's definitely not so good as it won't give live traffic data not rerouting. This procedure i shared in this video is the best and efficient way to use maps on Key largo
Awesome video! I have an android head unit with 1GB of RAM and quad core processor, how much RAM does your head unit have? I find it frustrating at times running native android in head unit as it becomes slow, laggy and sometimes closes apps unexpectedly as it runs out of memory, for example, if I have spotify playing music and then open maps to search for a location, it sometimes closes one of the apps. Would you recommend this method to improve experience? As far as I understand, Android Auto runs operations in phone

I also shared the Wired Method, you can try that too as it's more seamless and fluid compared to wireless. And yes, Android Auto runs on Phone's Processor and only display of the Head Unit is used. Not much load on the Unit.

Is it possible to install zlink app on this device to enable seamless wireless android auto and apple car play? I have seen a lot of head units in the market costing less than 10k and offering both wireless Apple car play and Android Auto. To my surprise, the UI was all same as that of Blaupunkt , but with greater hardware specs.
I used the trial version. Pretty good experience from my otherwise buggy android system. Would you suggest me to buy the paid version. The 3.5 star rating isn't very convincing.
It is really good indeed. The negative ratings are due to users who have no knowledge on how to use it. The developer as I said is very proactive and helpful to solve issues if any. Go ahead with it. 400 rs is more than worth for it.
There's no lag in non android features that you mentioned... The boot time is the only issue which takes around 30sec. But once booted, these all work without any lag
Automate is a different type of app... For automating actions. I don't see it's use. Coming to Autozen, if you want to use inbuilt maps and have a better screen than maps, then you use it. But as the maps itself is slow or laggy, this app won't make such difference.

Today morning when I was trying the same steps, after clicking the hur wifi button, it said that no wifi connection is available whereas i had just connected it with my mobile hotspot before...can u help what might be the issue
You're a saviour. Finally got it to work. By the way, any idea how to use the HU to take calls using Android auto. It usually displays the systems call screen over Android auto
Glad you liked it. And you cannot receive calls from Android Auto screen with Stereo's speaker. Either use Key largo's interface when it's connected via BT or use Phone's speaker and mic.
Hi, great video and crisp explanation for both meyhods. I'm able to connect over WiFi and for calls over Andrpid Auto it says "Bluetooth is not connected" and i need to use phone speaker. But i can play the songs over Bluetooth. Little confused here as the bluetooth is connected for songs and not for calls. Any clue how to overcome this issue
My use is with the first method, the Android auto server method sometimes the Google map and music lagging, which method is better in terms of not lagging?

Can I have wifi launcher automatically set the hotspot etc. on the phone like yours did using the KeyLargo so I only need to start from my tablet? I tried bluetooth but it said I had to turn on wifi which would make my hotspot drop out. Thanks.

Thank you for the video. I followed the steps and it looks like the app upgraded and the same options you mentioned are not available. However going by the configuration guide i selected it to be on the option where both the devices are connected on the same network. But for some reason, my mobile phone displays the android auto screen and not the blaupunkt. So do we need to have the head unit reloaded app on the phone and on the keylargo or only on the keylargo??
Only key Largo... HUR not required for the phone. HUR is to simulate keylargo as a Android Auto player so that phone starts displaying on Ley Largo instead of its own screen.
With ur help I Was using this since long but it seemed to have stopped working now...the new wifi launcher method doesn't seem to work that perfectly...it would be great if u can make a video on that too.
Unfortunately you cannot. Only half solution is to disconnect BT phone with Stereo so that you can take calls from phone speaker instead so that BT Phone doesn't take front screen
Really it helped a lot. In the android auto I could not find "Wireless Android auto" under under heading System. Google Analytics is displayed. In the second method in google player I couldn't find Wifi Laucher.. Can you please help.

Hey... Glad you liked it. And yes, it's the same for all Android Head units. If you take Android Auto/Carplay stereos that do not have Android Built In, they have this feature by default. Android units technically have to do the same without even connecting to phone as they have Android apps, bht due to their low processing power, we have to go this route
Bro, I am having problem using in 1080p resolution. I have blaupunkt key largo 970 10.1" inch. 1280 * 720 is working but it's not good quality. I tried the dpi as per your video. They are not working maybe because different screen size. Can you tell me which dpi should I use ?
Mess with your other graphics settings, there's one that talks about openscale or something like that, choose that option. Can't remember off top of my head, sorry
Do I need to purchase head unit reloaded app for each account? Example: Suppose, to connect my phone to car stereo, I will purchase head unit reloaded and in car stereo i will logged in with my gmail account. Now, if i want to use my wife's phone for navigation, then do I need to purchase it again for her google account as to connect her phone to car stereo and use the android auto, i think her gmail id needs to be used to logged into the car stereo. Pls let me know.
Hi.. you don't need to install this on phone. Only just the car stereo and you can connect any phone with any account to use Android auto. Hope this helps.
I think you can enable internet to work even on your OnePlus 9 pro. I have a OnePlus 7t and i was facing a similar issue, to fix this, i turned on developer options of my phone and turned on "keep mobile data always active". I also went to "dual channel network acceleration" and turned on both options there. Keep in mind, doing this will result in a higher data consumption than typical useage. Hope this helped! (PS: i think these settings will work for all android phones, not only OnePlus as most of these options are available)

Hey bro. I mentioned clearly that in the second method many phones cannot connect to internet as your phone uses fake wifi connection with stereo instead of hotspot. Only if you phone has an option to work through mobile data even when it is connected via wifi, then you will get data. That's why suggested for option 1 or wired method.

I won't suggest you an android stereo as the sound quality of these head units are so low. I personally use a Blaupunkt Key Largo 970 and I'm disappointed with it's performance. But i would suggest you to choose Sony XAV-AX3200 because it supports WIRED Android Auto and Apple Car Play and the sound quality is arguably way better than Blaupunkt.
Bro, whenever I start the vehicle the keylargo system time shows from 12 onwards and if I connect with Bluetooth or Hotspot then it's synced with actual time settings, please guide. Also i see wired method is helpful and if not 2nd method works, only draw back I see with wired is often the wire gets disturbed from the system, though I use oneplus cable only..
I recently started facing a problem in headunit reloaded app which I have installed on my Blaupunkt key Largo 970 around 2 months ago. While making or receiving calls no call notification comes on the screen and no sound comes through car speaker ( earlier during a phone call the default bluetooth phone app used to come over the headunit reloaded interface and sound used to come through car speaker via bluetooth). It started all of a sudden and I am unabe to decipher the reason behind it. Rest everything is working fine. Kindly help.

Excellent. Truly need your help. Just three months back, purchased a Blaupunkt key Largo 970 - 9" unit and took into the Gulf, as friends in India had suggested. About two weeks back, the Playstore disappeared. Took the vehicle to electricians here and they could not solve it. After great difficulty wrote to after sales support email, who said that someone may had restored the factory settings, and therefore need to upgrade the system with a software, which is only available in India. Can you please help me to solve the issue.
Hey... Go to factory Settings with password 1234 and in that settings there will be closed system setting. Make it Open or Not Closed. You will get playstore back.

Sir In Android 12 update..Android auto for phone has now been deleted by Play Store or Google..so not able to connect with head unit server..is there any alternative for opening head unit server...also second method is not working for me
Hey... A12 removed Android Auto app for usage on phone but not deleted the inbuilt system app to be activated when connected to car stereos. So don't worry. The issue could be due to compatibility issues with A12 and it might take time to stabilise the method with new Android version. Till the ty the wired method and select Android Auto in USB connection type.

Most welcome. Glad you liked it. Wited method issue could be due to your phone going into charging mode instead of Android Auto. Check usb settings on phone when you connect. For Audio if you connect with BT, it shouldn't be an issue.

@@contactme2arun i think you did not disable Phone Link App on the Stereo. It's an important step. Check the wired method video once again and make sure to do that. If even after that it doesn't work, open HUR app after connecting and tap on USB. You should see Samsung phone listed. Tap on it and it should work.

Yes... That was the whole point.. Blaupunkt keylargo did not have android Auto, but with the App I now use it. Wired method is better, check that. Wireless is not that reliable.
@@rutviksonawane17 You can download Offline maps and do that with the Inbuilt Maps on the Stereo but believe me, it's dead slow. You wouldn't wanna do that.

Hey... Unfortunately no. There is no app to use this for Blaupunkt Key Largo. Only buying a Apple Car Play Dongle is the solution. But if you are not using Key largo, you can try Zlink apk and see if it works.
But why would we need to connect our smartphone to use the navigation on the Infotainment. Doesn't car infotainment system work on it's own to provide navigation on voice/text inputs ?
Because the Navigation on inbuilt Android App of the Stereo sucks. The hardware (CPU/RAM) is not capable to provide a smooth navigation experience. Unless you take a 4GB RAM stereo with a better processor, the experience going to be bad. Hence, this is a method to avoid those delays and also make use of the large screen.

@@SpiritualPlayboy69 You have to go for chinese stereos only for 3/4GB Ram. Depends on your location and availability in your area. Hypersonic also might have a higher ram variant but again they all cost more than 25K for sure. Chinese (random brand) ones if you can get would cost under 20K. Also make sure they support Car Play and Android Auto, so that in case they fail you can atleast connect phone and use.
@@SpiritualPlayboy69 Couple of things to know before you buy it... It's an android Auto /Carplay stereo and not with inbuilt Android or Navigation. So you have to connect the phone always for navigation. You cannot install any apps too. Your first comment here makes me think you don't want to connect your phone. so decide accordingly. Second, it's a 7" screen and not 9 inch. Now keeping this aside, it's a good stereo for smooth and reliable usage.

@@IAmGizmogeek yes, I think now they have removed the wireless option for Android 10. When I check the minimum phone requirement section, it is written for Google and Samsung ph it will be Android 10 rest all other ph it must have Android 11.

@@IAmGizmogeek if I connect on Connect Car option , it shows either connect through wired USB or then connect via BT. I connected my phone to android stereo via BT but as soon as I open Headunit Reloaded, the Wi Fi on the android stereo automatically switches off. No issues , I have now connected my android stereo via USB cable and using Headunit Reloaded app. Thanks for your help.

Hi... You can try factory reset once and if it still happens, it could be possible that there's a connection issue with the steering wheel to the stereo.

Also, does calling work in wireless mode? I tried out the trial app in my tablet (mock head unit) and it says that Bluetooth not connected when I call. Though the call is connected but audio doesn't come out of the tablet. And I can't connect to Bluetooth as it says can't connect when hotspot is on. I'm wondering this is because BT profile in tablet is for tethering instead of audio receiver.

I used the trial version. Pretty good experience from my otherwise buggy android system. Would you suggest me to buy the paid version. The 3.5 star rating isn't very convincing.
It is really good indeed. The negative ratings are due to users who have no knowledge on how to use it. The developer as I said is very proactive and helpful to solve issues if any. Go ahead with it. 400 rs is more than worth for it.

There's no lag in non android features that you mentioned... The boot time is the only issue which takes around 30sec. But once booted, these all work without any lag

Automate is a different type of app... For automating actions. I don't see it's use. Coming to Autozen, if you want to use inbuilt maps and have a better screen than maps, then you use it. But as the maps itself is slow or laggy, this app won't make such difference.

Glad you liked it. And you cannot receive calls from Android Auto screen with Stereo's speaker. Either use Key largo's interface when it's connected via BT or use Phone's speaker and mic.

I'm able to connect over WiFi and for calls over Andrpid Auto it says "Bluetooth is not connected" and i need to use phone speaker. But i can play the songs over Bluetooth. Little confused here as the bluetooth is connected for songs and not for calls. Any clue how to overcome this issue

You can't uninstall but you need to Disable it as shown in the Wired Android Auto video. Check that out.

However going by the configuration guide i selected it to be on the option where both the devices are connected on the same network. But for some reason, my mobile phone displays the android auto screen and not the blaupunkt. So do we need to have the head unit reloaded app on the phone and on the keylargo or only on the keylargo??
Only key Largo... HUR not required for the phone. HUR is to simulate keylargo as a Android Auto player so that phone starts displaying on Ley Largo instead of its own screen.

Unfortunately you cannot. Only half solution is to disconnect BT phone with Stereo so that you can take calls from phone speaker instead so that BT Phone doesn't take front screen

Hey... Glad you liked it. And yes, it's the same for all Android Head units. If you take Android Auto/Carplay stereos that do not have Android Built In, they have this feature by default.
Android units technically have to do the same without even connecting to phone as they have Android apps, bht due to their low processing power, we have to go this route

Hey.. i got the values by trial and error only. As yours is 10", you may increase the value by 30 or so and see if it fits better.
Mess with your other graphics settings, there's one that talks about openscale or something like that, choose that option. Can't remember off top of my head, sorry

As the wireless method works on WiFi hotspot, the network speed plays a pivotal role. That's the reason I go with wired method.

Example: Suppose, to connect my phone to car stereo, I will purchase head unit reloaded and in car stereo i will logged in with my gmail account. Hi.. you don't need to install this on phone. Only just the car stereo and you can connect any phone with any account to use Android auto. Hope this helps.
I think you can enable internet to work even on your OnePlus 9 pro. I have a OnePlus 7t and i was facing a similar issue, to fix this, i turned on developer options of my phone and turned on "keep mobile data always active". I also went to "dual channel network acceleration" and turned on both options there. Keep in mind, doing this will result in a higher data consumption than typical useage. Hope this helped! (PS: i think these settings will work for all android phones, not only OnePlus as most of these options are available)

No you cannot unfortunately. Only wired method would work as the Android Auto ones do not have wifi module.

Hey bro. I mentioned clearly that in the second method many phones cannot connect to internet as your phone uses fake wifi connection with stereo instead of hotspot. Only if you phone has an option to work through mobile data even when it is connected via wifi, then you will get data. That's why suggested for option 1 or wired method.

I won't suggest you an android stereo as the sound quality of these head units are so low. I personally use a Blaupunkt Key Largo 970 and I'm disappointed with it's performance. But i would suggest you to choose Sony XAV-AX3200 because it supports WIRED Android Auto and Apple Car Play and the sound quality is arguably way better than Blaupunkt.
Bro, whenever I start the vehicle the keylargo system time shows from 12 onwards and if I connect with Bluetooth or Hotspot then it's synced with actual time settings, please guide. Also i see wired method is helpful and if not 2nd method works, only draw back I see with wired is often the wire gets disturbed from the system, though I use oneplus cable only..
Never faced wire getting disturbed even in long bumpy travels. About time, check time and date settings if it's set to automatic or not.
I recently started facing a problem in headunit reloaded app which I have installed on my Blaupunkt key Largo 970 around 2 months ago. While making or receiving calls no call notification comes on the screen and no sound comes through car speaker ( earlier during a phone call the default bluetooth phone app used to come over the headunit reloaded interface and sound used to come through car speaker via bluetooth). It started all of a sudden and I am unabe to decipher the reason behind it. Rest everything is working fine. Kindly help.

Just three months back, purchased a Blaupunkt key Largo 970 - 9" unit and took into the Gulf, as friends in India had suggested. About two weeks back, the Playstore disappeared. Took the vehicle to electricians here and they could not solve it. After great difficulty wrote to after sales support email, who said that someone may had restored the factory settings, and therefore need to upgrade the system with a software, which is only available in India.
Can you please help me to solve the issue.
Hey... Go to factory Settings with password 1234 and in that settings there will be closed system setting. Make it Open or Not Closed. You will get playstore back.

Hey... A12 removed Android Auto app for usage on phone but not deleted the inbuilt system app to be activated when connected to car stereos. So don't worry. The issue could be due to compatibility issues with A12 and it might take time to stabilise the method with new Android version. Till the ty the wired method and select Android Auto in USB connection type.

Most welcome. Glad you liked it. Wited method issue could be due to your phone going into charging mode instead of Android Auto. Check usb settings on phone when you connect. For Audio if you connect with BT, it shouldn't be an issue.

@@contactme2arun i think you did not disable Phone Link App on the Stereo. It's an important step. Check the wired method video once again and make sure to do that. If even after that it doesn't work, open HUR app after connecting and tap on USB. You should see Samsung phone listed. Tap on it and it should work.

Yes... That was the whole point.. Blaupunkt keylargo did not have android Auto, but with the App I now use it. Wired method is better, check that. Wireless is not that reliable.

Hey... Unfortunately no. There is no app to use this for Blaupunkt Key Largo. Only buying a Apple Car Play Dongle is the solution. But if you are not using Key largo, you can try Zlink apk and see if it works.

But why would we need to connect our smartphone to use the navigation on the Infotainment. Doesn't car infotainment system work on it's own to provide navigation on voice/text inputs ?
Because the Navigation on inbuilt Android App of the Stereo sucks. The hardware (CPU/RAM) is not capable to provide a smooth navigation experience. Unless you take a 4GB RAM stereo with a better processor, the experience going to be bad. Hence, this is a method to avoid those delays and also make use of the large screen.

@@SpiritualPlayboy69 You have to go for chinese stereos only for 3/4GB Ram. Depends on your location and availability in your area. Hypersonic also might have a higher ram variant but again they all cost more than 25K for sure. Chinese (random brand) ones if you can get would cost under 20K. Also make sure they support Car Play and Android Auto, so that in case they fail you can atleast connect phone and use.

@@SpiritualPlayboy69 Couple of things to know before you buy it... It's an android Auto /Carplay stereo and not with inbuilt Android or Navigation. So you have to connect the phone always for navigation. You cannot install any apps too. Your first comment here makes me think you don't want to connect your phone. so decide accordingly.
Second, it's a 7" screen and not 9 inch.
Now keeping this aside, it's a good stereo for smooth and reliable usage.

Hi... You can try factory reset once and if it still happens, it could be possible that there's a connection issue with the steering wheel to the stereo.

Also, does calling work in wireless mode? I tried out the trial app in my tablet (mock head unit) and it says that Bluetooth not connected when I call. Though the call is connected but audio doesn't come out of the tablet. And I can't connect to Bluetooth as it says can't connect when hotspot is on. I'm wondering this is because BT profile in tablet is for tethering instead of audio receiver.
