Great video! Next time crinkle up aluminum foil balls in the bottom so it’s an even cook on top and bottom. Just so it’s not sitting on the cast iron. It’ll be in middle so the heat circulates all around the pizza. I’ve cooked like that a lot. That’s the best way I know how to make cast iron pizza, small chicken, slow cooked roast meat. You can even add a small amount of water to the bottom and cook eggs in a small skillet that fits inside. Just some tips I learned from my grandfather and dad.
Aluminium contains high carcinogens as the chemicals leak when heated! It would be better to place a round stainless steel cooling rack with low feet about 1inch, even place baking paper on top of the rack.
It was great to see your way in with all the views around and the drone shots . That location was different than what we see regularly on your channel more open . Your sled ( or pulk ) is awesome , great design ! You are now officially a pizza Chef , a glass of red wine would have been nice to accompany ;) Leo looks like an energic dog , alway's eager to fetch . Thanks for watching and supporting the channel. I was in a new location that I was trying out. It's old iron mining land. Leo has never-ending energy and could play all day. I couldn't find out what happened, but I'm guessing it was a fire. I could hear fire trucks off in the distance.

Cool idea with the dutch oven. Double pepperoni there ya go. . And you have quite the companion there. A smaller stove works well too on the nights when not so cold. It really is the great outdoors!.
It was infact a Hudson's Bay Blanket. I got a couple of them from my grandpa that he had for years. This one must have been cut in half at some point because it's not very big.

Thanks for watching. The tent is working well. It has enough room for us and gets nice and toasty. I think it should last quite a while also.

Great video. Is that one of those Aluminum dutch ovens? I think GSI makes them?? Ive heard they are significantly lighter than traditional cast iron.
Yes, I was using the GSI aluminum dutch oven. It seems to work well.
