I can help! I use medal but this is probably for any software but for me i use medal in medal You go to settings then a settings like video stretch and stretch the video to fit 16:9.
try 1600x1028, u wont understand how good it is tell u try thats the one im on. i stream and stuff and ill still get good fps. u can make a video about it if you want just give skiptin on twitch credit. trust me u wont regret it.

I have an issue guys! When I try to put a stretch res, it turns my 240hz to 120hz! I never had this problem before but this comes after I restart my game
If you use Nvidia, in the Nvidia control panel click "adjust desktop size and position" and check "Full-screen" as well as "override the scaling mode set by games and programs" and make sure "perform scaling on:" is set to GPU. Hope this helps!

There is a glitch where people are getting stick on the cinematic screen and it does not load and you cant skip so they cant play at all.
