Great video. Been thinking about making a short-range teleporter myself altlhough with ranged energy and psychic attacks as well as being able to scrap/control in melee and with a lot of perception powers. I doubt it will do that much damage but it should be pretty versatile and have lots of utility if I can pull it off. Teleportation is just so useful.
