After some talking to my mother and with some assistance of the much more trusted members of my family, she is trying to help me set up some counseling appointments. Sometimes, it's a little hard to say if I should be proud of that, but given how much it's needed, I can't really say that it's bad. When I talked to someone about it, and he asked some questions about me, some things stuck on my mind. Like, the more I think about the "what makes me tick" aspects about myself, the more I think that it could stem from mild autism. I have very mixed feelings about it: it would very well explains the certain traits and strengths I have, but not many people take kindly when they hear about this kind of stuff. Either way, to celebrate the end of the year and the promising path forward, I decided to up it to 10 instead of the usual 5. Thank you for all that you do, everyone. It's really helped me get through all these years and got me to have faith in the years to come

In elementary school we had "lice moms" who would volunteer to do checks on all the students to make sure no one had lice in their hair. It always gave me a nice feeling when I felt those special tools go through my hair and I would love to have someone do that to me again just once

I stopped playing video games, got a great job, stopped watching porn completely, began strength training and have lost 30 pounds and have become physically stronger than my older self, cut off a lot of toxic people from my life, changed my diet completey. And yet my mind is louder and more unstable, desperate, and colder than it has ever been. When I go to sleep at night these videos silence my mind and help me escape and look forward to a future where maybe I will finally find a companion to enjoy life with. Thank you.
