I miss her terribly, She was a God fearing woman who loved the Lord and lead others to Him, she was the most meek and gentle kind soul you ever met. I so wish God would give you back Rosey

There was probably ice in the bucket when then set it up. By pouring time, the ice had melted, but the water was "ice cold." It was probably done that way on purpose for safety-sake and liability/legal issues, although participants (the dumpees, that is) probably had to sign some type of waiver.
