Current Ratio For the Current Ratio, if we choose k = 2: The lower bound is: μ - 2σ = -0.424 - 2(1.005) = -2.434 The upper bound is: μ + 2σ = -0.424 + 2(1.005) = 1.586 Thus, we can say that at least 1 - 1/2² = 0.75 (or 75%) of the Current Ratio values will lie between -2.434 and 1.586. P/E Ratio For the P/E Ratio, if we choose k = 2: The lower bound is: μ - 2σ = 0.017 - 2(1.410) = -2.803 The upper bound is: μ + 2σ = 0.017 + 2(1.410) = 2.837 Thus, we can say that at least 1 - 1/2² = 0.75 (or 75%) of the P/E Ratio values will lie between -2.803 and 2.837. Earnings Yield For the Earnings Yield, if we choose k = 2: The lower bound is: μ - 2σ = 0.507 - 2(1.214) = -1.921 The upper bound is: μ + 2σ = 0.507 + 2(1.214) = 2.935 Thus, we can say that at least 1 - 1/2² = 0.75 (or 75%) of the Earnings Yield values will lie between -1.921 and 2.935.
@@Stealthy77 You can use google doc and explain 3,4 over there. But i find google sheet more convenient, I was struggling to display latex code and graphs on google doc, so i used google sheet and calculation part i displayed on google site using html code. I checked online it says Google sheet is also part of google doc only.

why does it say to create google docs file and do steps 3 and 4 bro, if thats how it should be done, how to do it??

BRO you by mistakely made the scatter plot using the cashratio instead of the current ratio you should fix it asap
@@mlipsclips6014 thanx i corrected it. By mistake i wrote cash ratio. Thanx 🤗
