At around 4:06, I couldn't make out the spelling. Did it go from S to L? Was it a country? I tried slowing the speed & watching it many times, but it was still difficult for me to understand. Thank you in advance.
Saint Louis
Then I showed the sign and mentioned their famous arch.
hello, so im trying to learn "what do you want" in asl and i know the individual words but is the grammer different?
A fairly safe way to sign that would be to sign:
YOU WANT WHAT?
Here's the sign for "want" ruclips.net/video/VnsXJs29sXQ/видео.html
Here's the sign for "what?"

Note the slightly furrowed eyebrows.
The trick is to keep the rest of your face looking pleasant or friendly so that your furrowed eyebrows (for the "WH"-type question) don't make you look angry.
@@sign-language thank you, sir!
Bill Vicars, thank you for the nice lessons. I have a question; what is the sign names of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, greeting from Holland!
you should just spell it right?
I've seen a few prototypes for sign names floating around on the internet but it may take a while before the Deaf Community reaches consensus (or anywhere near consensus) on name signs for Biden and/or Harris.
If I needed to refer to either of them via broadcast or stage I would certainly fingerspell.
It will be interesting to see how these two name signs develop over time.
Holly,
Fingerspelling "Biden" and/or "Harris" is the "safe" approach at the end of 2020.
