其实,不僅是肥肝了,应是脂肪肝.不过是美味的脂肪肝.😅有些人会買些罐头鵝/鴨肝醬伴cracker吃.也是另一种吃法.😋
我小時候,家母偶然会炒雞雜,內有雞腎/雞心/雞肝.这已經是便宜又美味的一道菜.
吃法國蝸牛的工具都不易箝穩,用手真的容易些.😊
多年前去法國時有去过Dijon.我記得有家教堂很古雅,还有一家Lafayette.不知道仍然存在嗎？
