1 cup chicken breading / or seasoned flour & cornstarch
2 cups cooking oil for frying
3 tbsp butter / cooking oil
2 tbsp slice ginger / garlic
1 pc red bell pepper
1 pc green bell pepper
5 pcs onion leeks
Season salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp chicken powder / garlic powder
