Elmer, I just recently discovered your channel the other day and have been using your sleeping meditations. Today I was driving in the afternoon and started to feel so upset and downhearted like nothing was ever going to change for the better for me. I felt the urge to pull over for a moment to calm down and pull up one of your videos. This one randomly came up and I listened to it multiple times as I drove home. Even though it was not morning it completely turned my day around and really changed my mindset for the better. This is the only short affirmation video that has ever made such an impact on me. Literally every affirmation you said was absolutely perfect and what I needed to hear. My tears went from feeling hopeless to feeling pure joy and love. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I started listening to this recently. Yesterday, I was at a post surgery check up with the surgeon and, because he was late, he didn't charge me.
Ok this is weird - I just got a second service mishap refund in as many days. I paid for an upmarket overnight train journey in Britain (£405). Got a message that there will be no water available in the cabin due to a problem with the train and as a result, they are giving me a refund of one third (£135).
