And soooo I found a comment that I made four years ago :D Still the best quiche ever - even after 4 years!
Maaan, that must be the tastiest meal I've like EVER eaten! The only tiny modification that I made is that I've added 2 spoons of mustard while mixing tofu with cashews. The taste was fabulous!

How about adding turmeric and paprika to the tofu filling to impart some additional color and provide even more of a quiche look.

私自身 小麦粉が体に合わないため、そして 世間でも小麦粉は食べない方がいいと言われているので、
なるべく と言うよりほとんど 食べません。ですから 洋食は 殆ど 作れない状態です。
でも この料理を見ていると ビーガン料理で小麦粉なしでも 作れそうな気がします。
娘が 17歳の時の アレルギーがあるとわかりました。それまでは 色々なものを食べていたので、
だから娘の記憶の中に残っているので、母親として出来れば色んな種類の食事を作ってあげたいと思うのですが
自分自身が仕事で忙しいのを 理由に ごまかしていると言うか、、、、
なかなか 新しいものを始めることができないと言うか、、、
