Us Brits love battered fish, in fact battered anything... Sausages, burgers, mars bars, and even mushy peas (pea cluster for reference). That batter looks amazing 👍🏻.
Also people are always surprised by the taste of fresh pasta, and it is so easy to make 👍🏻

Rus, some day try that exact same recipe, but with rice flower. You will love it.
That would make it even crispier since rice flour doesn't have gluten in it. I've done a rice flour and AP flour combo before just for that reason. Good stuff for sure!

Thanks! Yeah the Sodaology machine is really cool! I had to figure away to use it in a recipe however LOL. I may do some drinks at some point. There are a few I would like to do. The storms missed us. Not by much, but they did miss us. Dodged another bullet, but the season is not over yet.
