Instead of using kashmiri lal mirch for the colour can we use paprika? I can’t seem to find this kashmiri lal mirch
Mari, kashmiri mirch milder hoti hai bilkul bhe taz nahi hoti , Paprika red bell peppers or red dried fruits se aata hai jo zeyada dalne se thota karwahet ka teste deta hai. Deggi mirch aik Masala hai jisai Mirch ka naam diya gaya hai, jo bell peppers or kashmiri mirch ka mixture hai jo kay create kiya hai Paprika ki karwahat hatane k liye.
Serving k liye mare recipe mai agar 1 spoon kashmiri mirch hai tou substitute mai, 3/4 Deggi mirch( jo k Masala hai), ya 1/2 spoon Paprika dalna hai.

Beef pulao aesi dish k sath sub say ziada acha lagta hai. aap shami kebab bhi add kr skti hain. yh sub cheezain aik roz pehly bhi bana k rakh sakti hain . pulao ki yakhni say botiyan nikal k rakh lain or dawat ky roz chawal dalain
What brand dry masala powders do you use?? Especially the kashmiri Lal mirch and garam masala??
Shikha for garam masala you can check my video on Ruby ka kitchen. Kashmiri chillie powder nothing particular but not the spicy one, get any deep reddish.
