Who was following you man at 4:40 😅😅
Interesting reads. I'm gonna stay away from the Japanese lit for a while.
Finished J William's Augustus a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. Highly recommend if you haven't read it. Mishima's confessions of a mask was also a good one. Working thru Pynchon's M&D these days.
    Press on Quent!

Lmao, i tend to get paranoid, i guess 😂
I've been meaning to read Williams for a while now, but haven't picked anything up. Have you tried nothing but the night?
And yes! Confessions of a mask is pretty good. Fascinating character psychology, right?
And i can't wait to reread mason and dixon! I enjoyed it quite a bit on the first go round, though pynchon's works are ALWAYS better on round 2. The america chapters are particularly awesome, and the way it talks to GR is great.
Thanks for these types of comments, Amir!

@@idgitreadsandrambles7090 no, so far Stoner & Augustus. I'll pickup nothing but the night maybe next year.
So true. Mishima dug deep into his(own) psyche in a way.
I can't stop compare parts of this to Argall. And there are instances that Pynchon goes full-Joyce-mode, intentionally or not I don't know.

@@amirk4507 oh totally. One of pynchon's best books. Argall is something i've been meaning to get to, btw :)
