We do this in sweden in 500 m/min but on paper or nonvoven. I work in a line built in 1973 but it stel going strong. Its uppdated and have co extrution and tandem extrution.

I worked in Newark California. We had a Martin Unwind. 4 extruders, 2 priming stations and two auxiliary unwinds. We ran at 970 fpm.
Customers. Alacer, Kraft, Heinz.
And many more. We had a 10 color press from Germany. It ran Dole, Fresh Express. We had a thermoformer which formed cups. Knott's Berry Farm, SAP, Karl Karcher. McDonald's. Lotta memories watching this machine swing in. We also had automatic profile control. We had a 75 inch die, but after neck in, much less, unless we ran straight LDPE. I could tell you stories. We pioneered a lot of products.
Our plant was Guardian Packaging at first, Ended with Bemis Milprint.
