Cumbres & Toltec Scenic rotary snow plow in 4K

The C&TS rotary charter works upgrade between Dalton, New Mexico, and Cresco, Colorado on a beautiful February day. The first day took the train from Chama to the New Mexico/Colorado State line and the rotary worked the rest of the way to Cumbres station on the second day.
