Not usually. Every so often we get an early storm that will role through. I remember two halloweens as a kid where it was super cold and snowed. But a week later it was back to the 50-60s. Ice and snow doesn't usually get here until December or even January.
@@movingtoboiseid Ok, thanks. We are considering a visit (about a weekish) in November. Once we firm up the plan I may give you a call. I warn you, if we do end up working together, we are going to want to see everything community wise.
@badcompany3057 yeah the sooner notice you can give me the better I can be available. Hope to hear from you, and happy to show you around, that’s what I’m here for!
@@movingtoboiseid Do these numbers square with what you've witnessed? Eagle violent crime is 13.2. (The US average is 22.7) Eagle property crime is 30.5. (The US average is 35.4) Star violent crime is 10.4. (The US average is 22.7) Star property crime is 21.0. (The US average is 35.4) Meridian violent crime is 12.4. (The US average is 22.7) Meridian property crime is 22.6. (The US average is 35. Kuna violent crime is 14.0. (The US average is 22.7) Kuna property crime is 32.4. (The US average is 35.4)
@badcompany3057 yeah it’s close to what I’ve seen. Some of that is very generalized. Specifically the Eagle and Kuna stats. There are small pockets of those attached to areas with higher than normal crime for Boise. So Eagle and Kuna Are safer than those stats if you look at the areas most developments and “nicer” areas are. But yeah all of Boise is pretty dang safe. Leaving a garage open and car unlocked here is not something that worries most people

Good job, nicely done. Thank you.
Glad you liked it!
Is snow or ice a problem in your area in say mid-November?
