The Heritage Singers were there for me on records when I was going thru the trauma of dealing with the death of my young sister when I was 12yrs old & she was 2yrs... after that
The Heritage Singers kept me alive thru my teenage yrs in a very abusive home.

Eu os conheci pela primeira vez em 1979 cantando no teatro municipal de Santo André - São Paulo BR. Ia em quase todas as apresentações nesse ano e nos anos seguintes quando estiveram por aqui de volta... Desde o advento da internet então os acompanho por aqui... Meu sonho é ir a Loma Linda vê-los ao vivo de novo... Infelizmente sem Max😢... Deus os abençoe e dê forças para continuar esse ministério tão maravilhoso. .🙏🏻🙏🏻

I first heard this album in 1997 after my year 11 at Fatima Secondary school in Western Highlands Province-PNG. My brother in law Jim Wagi - Volunteers In Action ( VIA) director-WHM, Papua New Guinea Union Mission.-South Pacific Division-gave me his cassette to listen to.
I met them all when they came to my country, there's just something about their singing that brings you to the throne of God since then I have never stop listen to there song but not much with the recent singers.

@@MrVolcomclassic This very same lineup recorded “What is This” before “Comissioned”... Jackie also recorded “From the Heart”(1984) with Monty Jackson’s era... After this lineup, Rob participated on “Father of All”(1992), with Tim Davis... and Judy returned to Heritage to record “Peacespeaker”(1994) with Tim and Shawn Struckmeier...
Chris Willis is probably the one who lasted less than the others here with Heritage...
