Thank you for making this video! Your explanation was clear and concise.
I was always dismissive of smart home tech because I thought it had to be tied to Amazon or Google, and I didn't want the potential security concerns that come with cloud-connected home devices. Now I find out that there's a local solution, awesome!

Hi Will, Very good Video and a great channel. I will give HA a miss now, as its just too complicated to download, never mind trying to set it up. It's very Geeky. All we need is an open source program that works on Windows/Macs with a single button that says Download, and the program does the rest. There is no need for Windows sub system(s) etc. Build it into a program. Still like I said you have a great channel. All the best.

The positioning of the camera and the way you're staring at us viewers, combined with your abrupt intonation, is a little bit off putting. It's a shame because your content is excellent otherwise.
