Seriously the story between Optimus and Megatron is so tragic, they were really like Brothers once, but the thirst for power of megatron broken that brotherhood.

A perfect Metal Battle between Leaders.
Optimus's Segments emphasize compassion and honor. The hallmarks of a young hero that many could only dream of being. The ones that want to preserve the good in life and in Cybertronian society. Much like his old life as Orion Pax. That young beat cop/data clerk from long ago.
Megatron's Segments emphasize rage, hatred and contempt for the society he and Orion came from. Speaking from his past as an Ex-Gladiator, he is already steeped in the knowledge of power in combat. Especially when he took the name of a fallen prime, one who's body burns an eternal flame.
Even Entropy couldn't stop Megatron, or the rebellious D-16 from well intended beginnings.
Can't help but think this was made in preparation for TFOne....but I can't and won't complain.
