I think it's more likely he only did 2 pulls. I mean he seems too new to know that you need primogems to wish, and I highly doubt he has gotten enough for 2 multis in 3 days when you clearly saw him struggle against slimes. He probably doesn't even have artifacts or even an upgraded weapon. I highly doubt he has gotten it. Still though lucky af nonetheless.

I like to believe that he just got really lucky because it's not even the first time someone has gotten 2 5 stars back to back so I just don't see why not to believe the newbie's word.

I mean by AR 16 they should have Exp Books stocked up. They are just as dumb as me in the end. I finished Monstadt quests without levelling or changing weapons. I put on artifacts due to the red signs making me uncomfortable. Only later on during Liyue Quest I learned how to level up. And during Inazuma I levelled up my weapons. At Sumeru I learned the fact that Artifacts are literally most of the power in the game.... That's why I rarely farmed materials before getting Neuvilette deliberately. I already collected a lot by the time I knew how to use them....
that's literally me. Zhongli first 5 star. I literally never dodge I just facetank everything, even my 2nd team in abyss I just run 2 healer so I can stand still.

(i still dont use my mona)

It is possible to get a 5-star on a one pull as a F2p player. I'm one and i got diluc and keqing on a 1 pull. The chances are low thought cuz its 0.6% chances you will get a 5-star on a 1 pull
