I just use a bar soap on my body for the first wash. Then a body wash for the second and third wash. For the punani area, I also like to use dove soap because it isn’t as harsh as other soaps. Idk why but I wash my face at the sink. I also prefer using a wash towel/rag because I feel like it’s more rough compared to a loofa. Great vid Kendra
Perfume is a leaving the house only prep for me now. I used to spray it on before bed, but a few years ago I stopped. My body wash is scented, my lotions are scented, and my deodorant has a scent, plus I be lighting candles or using a room spray it was just a lot of smells going on in my room for me to add perfume into the mix 😅.
I really enjoy the Honey Pot wash, especially since it's been super hot and I sweat like crazy, especially down below. I actually just pump it out and use my non dominant hand to apply it to the outside and that works best for me ----plus i clean my hands right before and after. I only use loofahs or exfoliating wash cloths on my body now bc they get me cleaner (wash rags are reserved for just my face). Recently , I started exfoliating before I wash with body wash because my chest and underarms get dry and cracked so easy and it has made the biggest difference on how my skin feels vs when I would exfoliate after washing.

I use a bar soap from 22nd Century Natural woman first to wash my body and then I use Lush’s Rose Jam shower gel (if you’ve never used this shower gel, you’re definitely missing out) I use a rose face bar from 22nd Century Natural Woman as well. For moisturized skin I use Elle Vie Shea oil on my body and that’s it! All products that I mentioned are from black owned companies except Lush.

There's 100% nothing wrong with using one shower soap. Soap is soap. The rest is marketing to make money. Change it up, keep it simple, neither is wrong by any means.

I use 2 body washes especially when I’m washing my hair. I’ll use a cleansing gel type wash first. Then exfoliate with a tree hut scrub or I’ll use exfoliating gloves. Then I’ll focus on my hair. Then I’ll go in with a shower oil cleanser or a dove bar or just something really moisturizing. That way back ache can stay at bay after rinsing my hair conditioners. I also always wait to shave after I’ve exfoliated.

I buy that dove men’s care line for my boyfriend in bulk! It smells amazing, when he’s not over my house I use up his some of his body wash🤣 but shhhh, I ain’t tell y’all that!
I also like caress burnt brown sugar body wash as well. It’s nice! I also have Aveeno calming lavender in my shower as well. I loved the idea of having a baby cloth for my private lol. I always use a separate cloth for down there but never a baby one so I ordered one off amazon today. I do notice some slight irritations down south so baby the baby cloths would help, thanks for that tip in the video love!
Thanks to you and Kelsey, I've been addicted to Tree Hut body scrubs. I try a new one every chance I get. My current fav is the bohemian escape with turmeric. Now I need to try the shaving oil.

I use seventh generation mandarin & yuzu scent and for my bath I use dr. Teals smoothe & sleep with lavender foaming bath it’s so good and my scrub is tree hut Shea sugar scrub with tropical mango it smells so good and my skin is super silky afterwards.
I use the aveeno skin relief moisturizing body wash in fragrance free all over and the clinique acne solutions face and body bar on my acne prone body areas because that is also fragrance free. I have super sensitive skin and can never use anything with artificial fragrance in it.
Great video! I love applying scents before bed mostly BBW body mist but sometimes a light perfume. My husband loves it to he always snuggles me and smells me at night and when he wakes up. He breaths me in and that's feels so nice.

I like Versace Woman perfume for bedtime. It has a soft powdery sent that hints of mild rose petals. My favorite man grabbed me, inhaled & told me how great that smells. Thanks for all the great info that you shared.
If you want a lotion that matches the scent of the dove pomegranate and lemon verbena body wash then get the hempz tart and creamy lotion. It’s pomegranate scented and it’s so so good. I love their body sprays too. Also look into the cake beauty body care my fav is their milk made scent. They have a wash, cream and a scrub. They have two more scents and I have those but milk made is my fav.
Nice! Like reviews like this. I will try the Dove for men. I bathe at night and shower in the morning. The razor I will not use too harsh on my skin, I'll stick with the women razors, cause I don't shave that often but once a week. Dove products are the best. I use Caress and as for exfoliates I use the glove. The Tree Hut products are good. I don't put lotions, oils or perfumes on when I go to bed. I let the skin breath at night.

I’ve always gone to bed with perfume or a nice scented body oil. It’s refreshing when your fresh out the shower & you smell good & just pamper yourself before bed ! Makes you sleep so much better
Hi Kendra! Love you! Love your hair too. Your curls are poppin! My mom put me on to the Equate brand of Feminine wash, the odor blocking one. I like it bc it works well, so I’ve been using that. It’s very affordable too. FYI, yes girl, I’m definitely going to try most of these products especially the dove soap and body oils.
All I use is dove body wash and I love trying out new ones. My latest obsession is the cocoa and coconut butter, the pomegranate is bomb. I’m not a fan of the Lavender one (for relaxation, not crazy for the smell), winter care is pretty decent, and the purely pampering one is another favorite scent. I tried a few more, but I’m still looking for more to appear in Walmart or Amazon. Dove exfoliators I don’t like, only because I love a more abrasive scrub and it’s more for people with sensitive skin but smells pretty good.

It is funny that you mentioned the baby shampoo. That is what I use for my lady parts. I use Baby Magic tho. I feel it leave my skin the softest. I also use perfume. But, I don't have a bed time perfume. I like that it triggers your brain for sleep. I use whatever samples I get or buy from Sephora. I have a sample dish on my night stand. I think you and your sister got me into Dove wash and soaps. I was a Caress girl before. I use Laura Mercier Body Butter and Avon Skin So Soft Bath Oil for my moister combo. I’m currently using just water down there 👇🏾 but before I was using this vagisal jasmine scent. It worked so well but I will have to use the dove sensitive bar soap🧼 I use the shower gel but only for my body. I usually use soap bars but I got a three pack for sale and it was mainly for my kids but I use it for both of them and myself. And I also use the dove exfoliater (the pink one 😂) my fiancé loves dr. Bonners peppermint soap and won’t use anything else. 😂

I don’t use bar soap, but I stay using the Dove Sensitive Body Wash, love it! No harsh ingredients, so I love that I can use it all over for all areas. It’s so thick & creamy more like a lotion/cream instead of a gel, so it’s extra moisturizing compared to most body washes. I’ve been wanting to try some of the new Olay ones! My only hesitation is they contain petrolatum & silicones, so no body oils/creams are going to do anything applied on top of that once you get out of the shower... & I love to use some of my favorite creams or oils. I’ll also have to try that men’s dove! I do like using some men’s deodorant... any deodorant suggestions? I’m a product junky, so I’m always on the hunt for new goodies!☺️🤍

The difference between men’s and women’s products most times with drugstore brands such as dove is color and scent. If you look at ingredients they are essentially the same
I thought I was strange for using multiple bars and washes. I start with the Dove plain bar or the newer Dove exfoliating bar because these bars smell so fresh! Then I wash with the Dove Shea butter body wash. My husband uses the Dove men’s bar soap so I use that as well! I found exfoliating wash cloths that I use every other day and THEY ARE AMAZING! GET THEM! My Dove bar deodorant in the newer packaging doesn’t name a scent however the bar deodorant and theirs a matching scent spray deodorant. The scent is super fresh but I use bar deodorant under my arms and I spray deodorant everywhere!!! I’ve been complimented on how fresh I smell which is different than the compliments on my parfums! The effort makes a difference!!!
You should try natural soap from buff cith soap or Herb N Eden. More safe for the private area and smells wonderful. Also honeypot black owned and all natural feminine wash
I’ve been going to bed with perfume since I was in middle school & I’m 32 now so yes I was prissy as a kid😂😂 I have two older sisters and my mom was extra so I got it from them 💁🏽♀️ & now my daughter does it,she’s 4 & prissy like her mommy was. If you want a lotion that matches the scent of the dove pomegranate and lemon verbena body wash then get the hempz tart and creamy lotion. It’s pomegranate scented and it’s so so good. I love their body sprays too. Also look into the cake beauty body care my fav is their milk made scent. They have a wash, cream and a scrub. They have two more scents and I have those but milk made is my fav.
I love all Dove's products. Regular, men's, baby, all are wonderful..
I always have multiple body washes. I like Dove because it so thick and it last so long.the lime coconut body scrub scent is the best.

Nice! Like reviews like this. I will try the Dove for men. I bathe at night and shower in the morning. The razor I will not use too harsh on my skin, I'll stick with the women razors, cause I don't shave that often but once a week. Dove products are the best. I use Caress and as for exfoliates I use the glove. The Tree Hut products are good. I don't put lotions, oils or perfumes on when I go to bed. I let the skin breath at night.

I’ve always gone to bed with perfume or a nice scented body oil. It’s refreshing when your fresh out the shower & you smell good & just pamper yourself before bed ! Makes you sleep so much better

Hi Kendra! Love you! Love your hair too. Your curls are poppin! My mom put me on to the Equate brand of Feminine wash, the odor blocking one. I like it bc it works well, so I’ve been using that. It’s very affordable too. FYI, yes girl, I’m definitely going to try most of these products especially the dove soap and body oils.

All I use is dove body wash and I love trying out new ones. My latest obsession is the cocoa and coconut butter, the pomegranate is bomb. I’m not a fan of the Lavender one (for relaxation, not crazy for the smell), winter care is pretty decent, and the purely pampering one is another favorite scent. I tried a few more, but I’m still looking for more to appear in Walmart or Amazon. Dove exfoliators I don’t like, only because I love a more abrasive scrub and it’s more for people with sensitive skin but smells pretty good.
Yes, love the sensitive dove. I will add the men’s body wash to my list. I use the sensitive Honeypot. Love it! You must try it. Also, try the luvscrub. I have used that to shower with and it leaves my skin so soft. I use different body washes too.🙋🏾♀️I like to change up my body washes & sugar scrubs. Yes, I love the tree hut scrubs....they are bomb!

But, I don't have a bed time perfume. I like that it triggers your brain for sleep. I use whatever samples I get or buy from Sephora. I have a sample dish on my night stand. I think you and your sister got me into Dove wash and soaps. I was a Caress girl before. I use
Laura Mercier Body Butter and Avon Skin So Soft Bath Oil for my moister combo. I have never used a body conditioner. That will be my next try. Thanks for the video.

Great products and yes exfoliating is a must for me. Has done wonders for my skin !!!! I love tree hut sugar scrubs but have you tried the new Dove body polish. It's a very fine scrub thats mixed with a cream, its definitely a game changer, and skin as been so smooth since i started using it !!!

I’m currently using just water down there 👇🏾 but before I was using this vagisal jasmine scent. It worked so well but I will have to use the dove sensitive bar soap🧼 I use the shower gel but only for my body. I usually use soap bars but I got a three pack for sale and it was mainly for my kids but I use it for both of them and myself. And I also use the dove exfoliater (the pink one 😂) my fiancé loves dr. Bonners peppermint soap and won’t use anything else. 😂

I don’t use bar soap, but I stay using the Dove Sensitive Body Wash, love it! No harsh ingredients, so I love that I can use it all over for all areas. It’s so thick & creamy more like a lotion/cream instead of a gel, so it’s extra moisturizing compared to most body washes. I’ve been wanting to try some of the new Olay ones! My only hesitation is they contain petrolatum & silicones, so no body oils/creams are going to do anything applied on top of that once you get out of the shower... & I love to use some of my favorite creams or oils. I’ll also have to try that men’s dove! I do like using some men’s deodorant... any deodorant suggestions? I’m a product junky, so I’m always on the hunt for new goodies!☺️🤍
Great video! I use all these products in my shower, except the body conditioner. The bar soap in the morning, and the liquid soap in the evening. I shower twice a day by the way😀. I just love the Olay body liquid soap. More skin care videos please.
The difference between men’s and women’s products most times with drugstore brands such as dove is color and scent. If you look at ingredients they are essentially the same

I thought I was strange for using multiple bars and washes. I start with the Dove plain bar or the newer Dove exfoliating bar because these bars smell so fresh! Then I wash with the Dove Shea butter body wash. My husband uses the Dove men’s bar soap so I use that as well! I found exfoliating wash cloths that I use every other day and THEY ARE AMAZING! GET THEM! My Dove bar deodorant in the newer packaging doesn’t name a scent however the bar deodorant and theirs a matching scent spray deodorant. The scent is super fresh but I use bar deodorant under my arms and I spray deodorant everywhere!!! I’ve been complimented on how fresh I smell which is different than the compliments on my parfums! The effort makes a difference!!!
You should try natural soap from buff cith soap or Herb N Eden. More safe for the private area and smells wonderful. Also honeypot black owned and all natural feminine wash
I’ve been going to bed with perfume since I was in middle school & I’m 32 now so yes I was prissy as a kid😂😂 I have two older sisters and my mom was extra so I got it from them 💁🏽♀️ & now my daughter does it,she’s 4 & prissy like her mommy was. I buy her the bath & body works perfumes though,something mild but still smells good. I feel bad for my husband though ,both of his girls are perfume obsessed 😂😂😂

I have like 5-6 different body washes that I alternate in the shower depending on my mood 😂 I also do the bar soap followed by a body wash. I’m about to get that Dove men’s bar soap because I use the original one as well!
