This is my thoughts on this Why there's no water Aeon: *Sin usually resides in water, even it's mode of transportation to meet Tidus is usually thru the sea and a water aeon could be easily defeated making it more frustrating than it's worth. *Bodies of water usually reminds me bad thing happening in the game. Like in Kilika to Bevelle that freaking undead Evrae had given me nightmares when I was a child and dumb. *Elements of water and Ice is the same anyways technically not in game though. So Shiva and Siren (the water Aeon I'm thinking of XD) is almost the same but it FF13 the shiva sisters kinda fit Shiva and Siren IMO. *Doesn't Baaj temple kinda suits Siren/ water aeon better?
