As a black American I know some of our recent ancestors had the word "black" on their birth certificates not sure if that's the case for non black Americans that call themselves "black" but with that said I've never heard of a non black Americans being lynched or murdered by the cops but maybe the information just wasn't out there but I'm okay with non black Americans calling themselves black as long as they don't try to latch on to our achievements and we will respect theirs, because all black Americans didn't come from the slave ships and was dropped off ...a lot of us were already here and those achievements is ours but we were mislabeled so many times on purpose to destroy the truth it's called paper genocide. And many of us were prisoners of War not slaves
