- Lakers have signed 2 players to their Las Vegas Summer League roster. Lakers News has them signing Trent Forrest and Moses Brown. Trent forest likely won't get a shot with Lakers Nation but Moses Brown on the other hand might be able to get on a 2 way.

I prefer Brown over Castleton. From what little I've seen of Castleton, I didn't think he showed the toughness on the boards that the Lakers so sorely need. Other than his height creating blocked shots, I didn't see much defensively.

Does Forrest play defense? I don't know his game, but a seasoned vet willing to play Defense is someone the Lakers need to look at.

Moses brown is a better defense than Hayes and wood plus physical and bring energy off the bench he going to do what wood and Hayes should be doing

im very surprised they picked up moses brown. because hes one of these players that everyone acts like is bad but hes actually very good. i mean in his career he averages 16 points and 16 rebounds per 36 minutes. and he has a very solid defensive rating. so hes a good defender. wouldnt bother me at all if somehow he made the roster. atleast on a two way. im not a fan of forrest at all. and i hope he goes away soon
