I just had to get my grandson cremated at the age if 19 I raised him he was more like my son. And he passed away in a car crash at college and cremation was all I could afford. This video really helped me more than you could ever know
People dies in fires, get eatin by Crocs, Lions, Sharks and they die in explosions and many many circumstances. I agree your Soul is what matters not your body. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ.
If the soul is all that matters then why did God give us all physical bodies. To be whole the physical body matters, that’s why scripture speaks of a resurrection. The resurrection is where God gives all those who died in Christ an incorruptible physical body; A body that will have none of limitation of our current bodies. And this resurrection is promised to all that has put their faith & trust in Christ Jesus. That said, many Christian martyrs thru-out history died by being burned at the stake for their faith in Christ Jesus. Their resurrection is just as assured as someone who was buried.
@@jamesatapley Well that part I am less sure of bc I do not recall from scripture where it says that graves will actually open. So my apologies there. That said, there are two possible explanations. It could just be a theatrically effect shown in movies to illustrate that the rapture and/or the 1st resurrection (Resurrection to Life) has occurred. The other possible reason is these are solid physical bodies and a solid simply cannot pass thru another solid from a physics standpoint. As a side note. Did you know scripture also speaks of a 2nd resurrection, the resurrection of death? Yes. This is where all who have ever lived & were not in the 1st resurrection (Resurrection to Life) will be resurrected to stand before God in the Great White Throne Judgement. So in the end all will received a resurrected body - one of everlasting life & one of death for one’s ultimate & final destination. Christ has made compensation for all. Please come to & accept his gracious gift while there is still time.🕊️
Exactly. Many believers thru-out history were burned to death for their faith in Christ Jesus. The resurrection is promised to all who died in Christ. Does that mean they will not receive an incorruptible body at the resurrection? God forbid. So as you said brother, if God formed us from dust, he’ll raise those from ashes to an incorruptible body just the same.
@TheWallReports Exactly, and then there's are the burials at sea. If someone doesn't think that the God who created everything can't find every atom of you after death, then they have a very limited and weak understanding of our Heavenly Father.
@@la_old_salt2241 🎯Yes, it is a shame at times that even some believers limit God to some superhuman. He is so much more that even the angels & the heavenly hosts cannot fully comprehend his extent. No creation can. Only God himself can. To quote the great Vernon McGhee "God created the entire universe without even half trying."
The only limits on God are those that He imposes on Himself. He created the universe and it runs on math and physics that are the same just about everywhere except in places of extreme forces at work, such as black holes, neutron stars, and other rather spectacular places in His universe.
God puts Himself in a box if you read scripture. There are things that God cannot do, such as He cannot be unjust or unrighteous, because He has no sín. He also has established one way to the Father, and that is through receiving the LORD Jesus Christ as your God and Savior, because Jesus is the visible image of the invisible YHVH, He is the Creator incarnate as a man. All who deny that Jesus is God have denied the deity of the Father. No man has seen the Father at ANY TIME, but the Son has DECLARED HIM. What do we make of this verse from scripture, that no man has ever seen the Father, when we clearly see Moses has a face to face encounter with YHVH on Mt Sinai, Jacob has a face to face encounter with YHVH when his name was changed to IsraeI (Jacob said he had seen the face of God and his life had been preserved), and God appeared physically to Abraham and Sarah in Genesis 18 when He promised to give them Isaac as their son, and the heir to the covenant promises that YHVH made with Abraham. So who did Moses speak to on Mt Sinai, the man he saw in the burning bush whom he bowed before? Who is the man Jacob wrestled with, and who is the man who appeared to Abraham, who Abraham called the Judge of the whole world? It is Jesus Christ before He was incarnate as a flesh man. Jesus is YHVH the Son, who is the physical representation of our Heavenly Father. When Jesus pulled back the veil of His flesh on the Mount of Transfiguration, it was the glory of YHVH the Father that knocked the apostles on their face in worship to Him, which is why scripture says they beheld the glory of the Father in the Son, which is why scripture says YHVH was IN CHRIST reconciling the world to Himself. This is a direct example of the Godhead spoken of by Daniel in Daniel 7, which shows us the 2 equal powers in Heaven, that being the visible YHVH, the Son of Man who is Christ, and the invisible Father YHVH on the throne. In fact, YHVH swore on His own name because there was NO GREATER NAME, and we are told in Philippians that Jesus Christ has been given the name above all names, which means the Father has given His Son His own name. That’s why the name Jesus, Yeshua in Hebrew, Iēsous in Greek, means Yahweh is my salvation, and there is salvation in no other name. Anyone who says they belong to Jesus Christ should be able to go through the OT and point to Jesus Christ in the OT, because He is YHVH in the flesh. When Jesus was telling the men on the road to Imaeus about Himself, this was after His resurrection, He was quoting the OT. When the early Church began, the apostles were proving Christ is the true Messiah using the OT scriptures. If we are truly born again believers in Christ, then we will have the same understanding of who Jesus is, that He is God incarnate, because the Holy Spirit will reveal it to us in the scriptures. The apostles knew He was YHVH in the flesh, which is why they worshipped Him, and He did not correct them, since He is the visible YHVH, and even the angels are commanded to bow at His feet. YHVH does not share His glory with another, which means Jesus has to be YHVH incarnate for the angels to worship Him. Remember when John fell on his face in worship to an angel, and the angel rebuked him, and said only YHVH is to be worshipped? Well, that same angel is commanded to fall on his face before the LORD Jesus Christ, just like every knee will bow to Him one day, and every tongue will confess He is God, YHVH the Son, to the glory of YHVH the Father.
@@edb3877did you know the Bible speaks nothing of this? You won’t find the following words in the KJV (only translation that follows the strict masoretic rules of translating from original texts: Universe, space, planet(s), black Holes, solar system, asteroids, comets (or anything of the like), or aliens. It doesn’t even hint at them. Why do you think that is?
God created Adam from dust - why would you believe that the God who spoke creation into existence couldn’t restore you to your body. What about people who die in fires or their bodies are destroyed through an explosion or anything else that destroys the body??? My God is all powerful and will take care of those who believe!!!!
My husband just passed two weeks ago and a month ago we had talked about being cremated. He was cremated yesterday and today this video pops up on his phone for me to see. This helped me so much. This is his account and I haven’t had the heart to turn off his phone.
I nearly died from a ruptured aneurysm, and I can tell you this...this body cannot go where we go when we die! You are just as aware when you're not in your body as you are right now! I saw my body, I knew it was me, I saw the doctors and nurses working on me...and it wasn't weird as God was at my right shoulder.( No, I didn't see him and no, I didn't see heaven!) But he was there with me... He is a living God! We will die and leave our bodies and this world behind. There is heaven and hell, and like it or not, believe it or not...one day you'll know yourself! Choose this day who you serve!!❤
I had said no , then my grandmother died and buried in a single lot , she raised me from the age of 3 , nobody wanted me , but she did , I was now on this earth alone with nobody to love me , so , in order to be next to her , I have to be cremated , so be it , I have paid for everything already , even got a new head stone with our names on it , and it says grandmother and granddaughter !! I am a believer , I have no worries !! ❤🙏✝️❤
Sister in Christ, your post really speaks to me 💓 same here, my grandma was the only person on this earth that ever loved me, and Glory to God I love her & miss her every day.
Your post touched my heart. To hear someone say, "nobody wanted me", breaks my heart. I'm so glad your Grandmother wanted you, and loved you. Now, perhaps in this life, you can return some of that love to some other child, or person, that needs to be loved. ❤❤❤ Blessings to you.
I have made the same choice for the same reasons and I am now happily at peace with the decision. I moved from my 2 siblings 3 states away. betrayed by both... I finally have found my grand parents resting place.. such a sense of reuniting with the family I respected more than 5 decades ago.
Buddy for the last few years I have been involved in archeological efforts at a revolutionary war battlefield where a number of Patriots were buried in unmarked graves. To find these graves we have hired a cadaver dog company to locate them. Sue to the soil in our south Georgia being so acidit nothing is left that can be identified as human visually however the cadaver dogs have found numerous graves and this is based on artifacts such as buttons and belt buckles that were found. If a dog can find your remains after 250 years I don't think God will have any difficulty.
Not only that, but those people were buried in as whole a body as people could find, and ended up just like a cremated person if not worse. If God refuses to restore them after just 250 years, what's He going to do about Moses or David or similar? No, our God is not so feeble or unjust. His promises are true, and not to be limited by petty human understanding.
I lost my husband 3 years ago and I had him cremated as he wished. We had a funeral service at our church and then we went to the crematorium. While in church the son of my husband's best friend had a vision which he told me some time later. He saw my husband ( who had been very ill before dying) enter Heaven and be greeted joyfully by Jesus ! THANKS BE TO GOD!
When my husbands grandmother passed away, another grandson and I both had the same dream/vision of her walking into heaven and throwing her crutches up and away and full of joy. We had also both seen her in the same dress. It was really cool.
The word does not lie. The Holy Bible has it written in Revelations that all mankind will rise, even those that killed him. That would explain everyone will have the very same look they had when the body of their soul perished to death. Which also explains all souls are individual souls and there is no reincarnation.
My husband was severely hurt on the job on 6/24/22 and after emergency brain surgery and many hospitals later he passed away in Feb 2024. We, his family didn’t have the money to have him buried. So I made the decision that he be cremated. His ashes are in an urn in my room. When me and our kids find our permanent home I will make a better place for my husbands ashes. God Bless you all.
You can bury them in a Cemetery or the Mausoleum type,,,, you can bury them in the same grave with another relative( thats what I was told by the man at the funeral home))) that once I was creamated they could put my urn in with my Grandmother
I am truly sorry for your loss. We cremated my mama. We lost her 3/11/24, just shy of her 69th. I am so glad that Father promises that our earthly bodies are way different when we go home. God bless you in a mighty mighty way.
If your husband knew Christ in this life, God will raise him up for the next. My believing parents wanted to be created and were. Their remains are at a cemetery. Ask God to direct you re the tradition of keeping ashes in your home. I’ve never thought about this before reading your post but they are related to death and you have them in your home. I’ll pray for guidance for you.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your husband in such a needless accident. I hope you received some restitution from his work or Workers’ Compensation. Maybe see a lawyer. ❤️🇨🇦🙏
My condolences for your loss. This may not be applicable to you, but in the recent past, a Catholic could be cremated, but the the cremains must be interred in a cremains niche in a cemetery , and not kept at home.
Yup. Our bodies are just a really cool mobile home and it will need repairs before it gives out or is totaled. It's all about the soul of the person. ❤ Stay youthful in your soul for as long as you are here. ❤
@@karenoneill7959 yep and God gives us a glorified body when he raises us that are in Him. I'm looking forward to a glorified body! No aches, pains, sickness. Thank You, Lord for loving me!
@@nancytaylor6956 Doesn’t matter what other religions teach. The Lord Jesus says in John 6:47, Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on Me hath everlasting life.

Worshiping the idea of HUMAN SACRAFICE? Eating flesh and drinking blood??? yeah, that's the sickness that religion teaches. Disgusting!
I was fortunate enough to have my hand on my father’s chest as he passed, I physically felt his soul pass from him, it was the most beautiful moment I could have imagined. His soul is very alive while his body was old and broken. Whether you decay or are cremated, the end result…the body becomes dust and our soul is freed. I love you Dad!
As a young nurse I was admitting a critical patient to the hospital. During the vital sign and weight being measured the patient died. Just at that moment whilst up in air of the sling of the bed scale he lost 2.2 pounds. Both me and the other nurse just stared at each other in stunned silence.
I was against cremation for a long time, but over the last few years, I’ve changed my mind, after discussing it with my Pastor. Now in my 50s I realize it would be a burden on my wife to pay for a normal funeral. I told her I didn’t want a funeral and the cheapest way to take care of me, is what I want. I’m not going to be here any longer, I’ll be with Jesus in Heaven and I thank him that I can rest assured in that fact. If you read this and you’re not saved, please don’t wait, call out to Jesus and he will save you.
You are in a good spot. My wife and I have discussed that we will not waste money on the social construct of a funeral. Handle it, move on. I even told her NOT to come back to the grave side when I am gone. I am not going to be there! Spread my ashes in a place and leave to never come back, as far as I am concerned :)
We had this conversation with family... Coffin means insects worms and 6 feet under... Cremation means heat fire and ash .. The important factor is IF YOU ACCEPT JESUS AS LORD AND SAVIOR... To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord 2 cor 5v8.
No being cremated does not keep you away from heaven do you think God is so weak that he can't put our bodies back together again and be glorified with a full body. Remember all it takes for God to make us whole again is some dust and his breath
Perhaps, but there are people with a genuine concern on making this choice. I am grateful for Buddy making it clear with Scripture for those who do not know God's word❤
@@lisahull6059 amen sister . My body is damaged and broken , suffer with back pain every day . Looking forward to that incorruptible body . Glory to Jesus .
You don't have your body put back together when you go to heaven you're not a physical form but if you choose to come back to earth you will be once again
Really? Did Jesus receive a new body? No because the tomb is empty! Did Enoch get the new body of kept the old one? Transfigured body means the same body became different before death! If our body would be a dust like Adam had we would never be a temple of the Holy Spirit before we die! Do you know that Jesus redeemed our bodies on the cross? Are you aware that Jesus said our Father take cares of our body? You mean cursed body which is dust? No! If we accepted the gift of Eternal life in the Earth not after we die we receive Eternal life for body and soul! We don't accept eternal life when we die otherwise we are not eternal! Death is optional! It is your choice! It doesn't drop on wether our body supposed the be immortal or not ! Immortality is the spiritual option that change our body condition! Btw, Enoch was before redemption and he went to heaven in the same body! It was his choice that lead to immortality
If you're a cannibal, your body is made up of other people's bodies. In fact every atom in your body is replaced at least once every 7 years, so if you live to be 70, god can raise up 10 different versions of you. Ofc those atoms became part of something else along the way, so that could complicate things.
"A new body". Not a reformed old body. Your human body has so many limits, even if you weren't subject to disease and other things of this world. I don't believe what you receive is anything like the body you lost. That became dust, and dust it will remain.
Thank you Buddy, I have a terminal illness that after 11 days without treatment I will pass. I wish to be cremated, your video brings comfort to my heart to know that I might be accepted into Heaven if my body burns. Wish I could develop a frienship with you as I would like a down to Earth person to talk about Christ...and maybe educate me more on the Bible. Wishfull thinking. Thank you Buddy for your commentary.
God Bless you! You are beloved by your creator. Your story touches my heart and I pray God gives you peace. I pray you have repented of your sins and asked Jesus to come into your life. Spending eternity with your creator is God’s true desire for His children…of which you are! Much love. 💕🙏

Listening to this made me cry. I lost 2 children in 4 years. They both wanted to be cremated if anything ever happened to them. It did and their ashes have yet to be spread. This helped me to let go. They are only ashes….
Thank you! I lost my daughter in July & she was cremated. We just today received her ashes. This was something that had been worrying me since that decision was made. It's pitiful that people can't even afford to get buried in a graveyard anymore due to the greed of funeral homes. Probably cost anywhere from 20 to 30 grand and most people are living paycheck to paycheck.

Some people have a problem with the thought of their loved ones being burnt up. Our fleshly body is just a vessel for our souls. You are right Buddy, if we belong to Christ Jesus, it don't matter what happens to our earthly bodies upon death, it's our souls that are eternal.

Archaeologists have found much evidence that in the right conditions, even bones will decay, eventually leaving no trace of any human remains. When Christ returns we will all be made whole.
Thank you for this. I’ve always been against cremation. When we lived in another state where many elderly retire, there were people in the church who were cremated, and I just could not deal with it spiritually nor mentally how they could go through that after giving their hearts to Jesus to prevent from burning forever in hell. Thank you for reminding me of God’s promises.
In the King James Version of the Bible, the passage about the last trumpet is 1 Corinthians 15:52, which says, "For when the trumpet sounds, those who have died will be raised to live forever. And we who are living will also be transformed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed". 👑Thank you Jesus!! Hallelujah we will see those who have passed on that Glorious Day 🎺
My husband passed away unexpectedly last year and he was cremated. We are both believers and I am also being cremated and so is rest of my family. It’s financially the best option and I fully believe it’s no different than burial as far as God is concerned. Think about all the Christians burned to death in fires…they will be raised. Thanks for posting this video to give everyone peace of mind!!
My mom graduated to Heaven at the age of 55. She requested to be cremated. I did not want that for her but I respected her wishes. This video means so much to me. I had spoken with several pastors who said the same but when I hear it, it gives me peace. Thank you!
You are correct. Your Salvation is through how You Serve the Lord Jesus Christ and accept him as your Savior, not through how your body is placed in the ground or cremated. God Bless all those that have found the Glory of Jesus Christ for your life is truly Blessed.
I’m afraid you are slightly off target. Please read Ephesians 2:8-9. You are saved by grace, through faith. Your works have nothing to do with your salvation. Your works are the fruit of your faith - they only prove your faith exists. They are not part of your salvation, for God has accomplished that completely for you. This fact and reality brings you peace - true peace. As Jesus said, repent and believe the gospel. Take it from a pastor who wants you to revel in the peace that God alone provides. Peace to you.
You are so correct Buddy Brown. ALL THINGS are possible with The Father. Thank you for putting this video out there. We need to put all our faith in HIM. do not worry about the problems of this world, for The Father, Son & Holy Spirit have overcome it all.
Thank you Buddy, my son took his life last June and I wasn't even thinking about this as far as what God wants us to do . We just made the decision based on our finances. And it has been on my heart and in my mind for a while . And I did not want to read scripture as of fear I had made a mistake. But God's still small voice told me the exact thing you said . Nothing is impossible for him to do. Ben's is not here and what we do with his body is really just ritualistic not spiritual . My God can raise my son up with no problem at all. After all we will have a new body. Amen
I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s tragic to lose a child. It’s even harder when that child takes his own life. We have our own feelings of guilt & blame ourselves. I hope you realize it’s not your fault. 😢💔 Today’s culture is so toxic for our children & they become lost in it. Depression rates are higher than ever & young men are affected by it more than most. I'm very sorry for your loss! Please take comfort in knowing that our God is so gracious - he understands your sorrow, pain and loss. I think he also understands the decision for cremation - the price of a funeral now is burdensome. He is more gracious than we can comprehend.

The Bible says when we die our souls immediately goes back to the father. We are through with our earthly bodies and God has a better spiritual body for us.
The bible also claims the earth is flat, the earth is the center of the universe, the moon is its own light source, leprosy can be cured by birds blood, and the earth was once flooded to the height of Mt Everest where 2 of every animal floated around at an atmosphere too cold to survive and too thin to breathe, for a whole year. That was absolutely the most beautiful and beneficial thing I've herd about passing away . That makes so much sense. Through God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. Bible also says to have the faith of a mustard seed .....
What about all the Christians that were burned at the stake during the early church? Because their bodies were burned do they not get to go to Heaven? That’s ridiculous.
I'm not so sure about that. God designed the prostrate. He also designed the optic nerve in front of the retina, creating a blindspot. Which is weird because he designed the octopus eye to have the optic nerve pass behind the retina, so no blindspot. Man would not make these or many other of the design mistakes that god made.
As a new believer, I asked a wise older pastor this same question and thankfully, he had the same answer. It taught me to open my mind a little more and consider that since my God spoke all into being then even if I tried to limit his powers by doubting his capabilities, it wouldn't matter. He is and always will be and I am much more at peace when I accept that no matter what I can image, nothing is impossible for God.
" It taught me to open my mind a little more and consider that since my God spoke all into being..." I'm curious if you can prove to me that your god is actually real? You must have credible evidence to support your belief, right? Good luck.
@TboneWTF I cannot, nor would I try. I believe and, that is where it has to start. I could tell you why I believe but it's my own personal experience and not what thinking people would consider credible. However, if you're truly seeking, there are a few who can make a much more compelling argument than I.
As a Christian & retired E.M.T.& firefighter, I have seen bodies burned & dead for 4 days...I can tell you, it won't matter because dead is dead! I recovered a body that was dead 4 days like Lazarus & it was ...well into the decomposition phase! & I actually did C.P.R. on my own mother, who sadly didn't make it. So I know a lot about death! I've seen a body burned beyond recognition in a bad car accident...it won't matter as you stated! Personally I don't want to be cremated! I fought fires for years & I sure don't want to be burned up! But that's between me & my maker! John 15;13. & Happy Trails!
Dean...There are several funeral and cemetery companies who cover the cost of emt, fire and police personnel; at least one such is national based company. You might (just for kicks) call around and enquire. Some may require 'on the job' causes, some may not and honor your service. You have nothing to lose by calling. It may also take the weight off you and your family too, but when you do call don't waste your time with a receptionist......go straight to the manager first.
Very true. Many that died that horrible day had body parts everywhere and were never found. Those in the planes were literally blown to shreds. I hate saying it that way, but my point is that those that walked with Jesus are with him regardless of how they died or how their bodies looked after death.
Amen Buddy 🙏. When you die your soul stands before the Lord, not your shell. Like the old words; ashes to ashes, dust to dust. The shell is discarded and is of no use except as fertilizer like all empty bodies.
Anyone who would ask this question, clearly does not understand that spirit and body are two seperate things and only the spirit ascends and lives on. Doesn't matter what is done to your body after your gone.
Amen, also only the Spirit, the new creature that has joined to Christ has Eternal Life. If you have never accepted Christ you have never accepted life. Christ once said in a place " you are dead in your sins". To keep with the theme of the podcast I have arranged for this physical body to be cremated. God continue to bless you
Thank you Buddy! I have heard the same issues all my life. I’m being cremated, most of my family has either been cremated or plans on it. Why not. ASHES to ASHES… Oh, & I want to interject this final thought. As a retired first responder, I can tell you there are saints & sinners that never had a choice! 🚗 🚚 ✈️ 🔥🔥🔥
As it is written: “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord”. The speculation arises from the idea that the dead in Christ will rise first. As in, how will they rise if there is no body. The Lord is able to raise them, regardless. What about people who have passed where their bodies got incinerated upon their death? Perhaps an explosion. Nothing is too hard for the Lord.
Exactly. Even the sea will give up the dead. Our bodies are just a temporary vessel for our spirit and soul. I think funeral homes are behind a lot of this info about cremation. They lose a lot of money when one is cremated. F.H. Pays around $2,000 for a regular nice casket. $500 for vault. But charge 10,000 or more to bury you. Most don’t know that.
Buddy just today my husband informed me we would be cremated. I don't have a choice and this has been heavy on my heart. The timing couldn't be better. Your show and tge comments from viewers have given me some peace. I don't believe in consequences. Bless you all.
This brings me peace, even though my mom grew up in the church and asked for forgiveness a few weeks before her cancer took her from us on Feb 19 2024 and we had her cremated to her wishes.
All things are possible except his ability to communicate with people and set things straight so we didn't have to have 3000 different religions, dooming billions of people to a lake of fire because they were born in the wrong part of the world.
@@reignman30 3000 different religions is man's choice. What you are doing is complaining that God doesn't in-your-face force people to know him (which is why all these religions exist), while at the same time exercising your choice to avoid him. You don't get it both ways. Truth is available no matter when and where one lived.
ISN'T OUR GOD POWERFUL ENOUGH TO DO ANYTHING? HE MADE OUR BODIES TO BEGIN WITH. WHY COULDN'T HE DO IT AGAIN? Mr Brown Lily reiterated every point that I've been making for decades on this subject. 👍
Mr. Buddy Brown: I just had this very conversation at Bible study the other week because of my very strong belief. I was the very opposite of you and said DO NOT bury me in the ground, burn me! We’re all alright. Jesus made us from dust the first time and I’m sure ashes won’t be a challenge. 😊 God Bless! 🙏❤️🇺🇸
Thanks, Buddy. This was a hard decision for us when our son passed in an auto accident. We decided on cremation. He was in a different state and we do not have a church home with a cemetery. We are both disabled and attend church virtually. Being prior military, we never settled down to a "home" and really don't consider anything down here home anymore, as we are looking toward our Heavenly home.
"And God took some dust from the ground and formed it into a man. Then he breathed into his nostrils and the man became a living being"... Genesis 🤗🙏❤️✝️
@@rickmorgan8856 the earth isn't flat. If God created a woman out of a man's rib you should miss a rib. You hava Adam and Eve, they had 2 son's. They got married. Where did there wife's come from. Get a life.
Thank you sooooo much. I really needed this. I have been so worried. I did not want my children to have the expense of a burial, but I did not want my soul to go to hell for choosing cremation. You have put my mind at ease. ❤️
Oh, my sweet sister! There is only one sin that will send you to helll, and that is the sin of rejecting Jesus Christ. I'm so sorry you have been burdened by this fear for so long.
Growing up, I never understood that cremation was "wrong", but martyrs burned at the stake were whole in Jesus. Make it make sense! Then when I got older I realized what a fallacy the old beliefs were. (It also showed me that sometimes people don't study the Word or think critically before spouting their opinions as truth.) STUDY THE WORD!!!
My very religious, old timey Uncle Frank looked at me with my several tattoos and asked, "do you think Jesus will recognize you with all those?" I said " I think Jesus will be looking at the content of my heart, not what my body looks like"....he stopped, looked at me, smiled and said "I reckon you're probably right!" Buddy said it right... your body is just the vessel carrying WHO you really are. Take care all, be safe and God bless!
God Bless you, Buddy, for that clear and convicted message! When I was in college, I, too, questioned this. A retired missionary set me straight with a similar message to yours! Thank you.
When you pass, it doesn't matter what you do with your body. Your Holy Spirit will still be your Holy Spirit. My will says in great detail where to scatter my ashes after I am gone. It just so happens to be a Holy place as well. Amen Buddy!!! 🙏
I never wanted to be cremated-not because i think it's wrong, but I've spent my life(69 years😁) trying to avoid the fires of hell and it just seems like i don't want that. Many people have died in fires. No different. I just choose burial.... However-with the insane price gouging that funerals incur I'm not opposed to rethinking things. Way too much money to put someone in the dirt. I think it's really criminal what they're charging. Jmho
❤ I was raised believing you had to be buried so I opposed cremation. After educating myself more I told my adult son he could have me cremated and he laughed when I told him “it will my only chance of ever having a smoking hot body?”!
I’m thankful for this video, my husband passed last year and his last wishes were to be cremated, I and his youngest son really battled this, his oldest son was in charge of his estate because he knew he would follow his wishes, and he knew I would struggle to do so. I’m so thankful for this peace of mind you have shared with me today.
TYVM for this video Buddy, I REALLY needed to hear this message. My Mom died Dec.16th,2018 & donated her body to the Ohio University medical college & was cremated & I still have her ashes, because I doubt I'll ever be able to follow her wishes for scattering them. I suffered a heart attack/stroke in mid September & have been out of the hospital 3 weeks today, although my recovery is going VERY slowly & will be a long time in coming. But my Mom was a Christian, as am I & my Faith is FIRM. I laid on my bedroom floor for 4 days & should be dead but GOD kept me alive... of this I AM SURE. Love you Buddy. My mind is a muddled mess but my belief in GOD is rock solid. I've seen & experienced far to much to doubt GOD's power.
Thanks buddy for clearing this up. My mother was cremated. She was a good Christian woman. I wondered about this sometimes. I know she is with our Lord.
I love your wisdom Buddy. I gotta say, though, that I clicked on this so fast cause I had no idea that this was a real issue. I was raised to believe that we get a new body when the Lord comes back. Simple enough for a child and good enough for me now😊❤
I just had to get my grandson cremated at the age if 19 I raised him he was more like my son.

Definitely dont want to end up a Croc turd, but agreed.
I have a question. Why open the graves for resurection?
Please come to & accept his gracious gift while there is still time.🕊️
@@TheWallReports True to a degree, but it wont be our physical body that will be eternal.
He formed us from dust. He'll raise us from it, too. To GOD BE THE GLORY!
God has no limits. Sometimes, people try to put God in a box and limit his Almighty power. He created the universe with God there are no limits.
The only limits on God are those that He imposes on Himself. He created the universe and it runs on math and physics that are the same just about
everywhere except in places of extreme forces at work, such as black holes, neutron stars, and other rather spectacular places in His universe.
God can raise up sons of Abraham from these stones! The power of GOD. Matt 3:9

I have made the same choice for the same reasons and I am now happily at peace with the decision.

Dog have found were a body was just from scent alone, nothing else. Good comment, thanks for sharing.❤
Cadaver dogs are amazing! They can locate a body underwater
Not only that, but those people were buried in as whole a body as people could find, and ended up just like a cremated person if not worse. If God refuses to restore them after just 250 years, what's He going to do about Moses or David or similar?

You will receive a complete, perfect, new body.
No! Buddy, Thank you for this. As we old folks face our end times, (Im 83) some people instil fear in us of many things. They speak not for GOD! This post speaks the TRUTH...GOD cares about your SOUL, not your old, worn-out body. I hope many folks get to hear this. Again THANK YOU! GOD bless...
To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. We are living in this shell of a body while we are here on earth, our souls will be immediately with Him at death, then at the rapture we will have glorified bodies. Everything will reunite in that day in God’s power, buried or cremated, God’s got it taken care of! Amen!!

This doesn't say that "to be absent the body IS to be present with the Lord." Paul is stating his preference that they would RATHER be absent the body and be present with the Lord.
It's a preference, not a technical description of death.
Some people have a problem with the thought of their loved ones being burnt up. Our fleshly body is just a vessel for our souls. You are right Buddy, if we belong to Christ Jesus, it don't matter what happens to our earthly bodies upon death, it's our souls that are eternal.

It's in spirit! Flesh is corrupt. We graduated that because of the works of Christ and receiving the Holy Spirit. Have a great day in the Lord, y'all.
Hallelujah we will see those who have passed on that Glorious Day 🎺
In my humble opinion, if God is not big enough to resurrect a cremated body, then your God isn't big enough! My God is big enough! 🙏💯
I’m so happy you put this video out because l planned on be cremated
and my family questioned it.
Sorry about your husband. God bless you. You will be reunited.
My mom graduated to Heaven at the age of 55. She requested to be cremated. I did not want that for her but I respected her wishes. This video means so much to me. I had spoken with several pastors who said the same but when I hear it, it gives me peace. Thank you!
As a pastor I totally agree with you Buddy.

Today’s culture is so toxic for our children & they become lost in it. Depression rates are higher than ever & young men are affected by it more than most. We are losing young men at an unprecedented rate.
I pray for your peace of mind & heart.🙏❤️ God bless you 🙏❤️
I'm very sorry for your loss! Please take comfort in knowing that our God is so gracious - he understands your sorrow, pain and loss. I think he also understands the decision for cremation - the price of a funeral now is burdensome. He is more gracious than we can comprehend.
I want to be buried under a tree, no embalming and no box. Everything else seems like pomp and circumstance to me. I don’t want my loved ones to cry, happy stories and a lot of laughter!

What’s impossible with men is absolutely possible with GOD! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

A soul is what you are a body is what you have
Actually, we are spirit beings. We have a soul (mind, will, emotions) and we live in a body. But we are spirit beings.
That is my understanding as well.
thank you for speaking the True Truth about how magnanimous and powerful is our God. God bless and keep you safe.
These words made me think about the poor 9/11 victims, some who were never found or identified 😢

Amen Brother!

@@reignman30 3000 different religions is man's choice. Why didn’t they burn ANYONE in the entire Bible? Why was EVERY SINGLE person put in a tomb (including Jesus). Be like Jesus.
Thanks, Buddy. This was a hard decision for us when our son passed in an auto accident. We decided on cremation. He was in a different state and we do not have a church home with a cemetery.
